THESE PEOPLE EXPLAINED TO ME ON HOW MY TAX PREPARER SCREWED ME BUT IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY

The staff at the IRS in redding is very helpful and friendly.

Can't even get ahold of anyone on the phone ever. The automated response system doesn't put you on hold, it just tells you that your call cannot be completed due to a high volume of calls and kicks you off of your call without allowing you to speak to a single person. I can't even comprehend how a government agency doesn't have the ability to put your call on hold until the next representative is available. Literally everyone else in the private sector has that option for any type of business you can imagine. How can the IRS expect people to keep calling back all day? Some people can't even come into their local office. The IRS should be held accountable for their awful phone system, and until it's fixed not a single person should have to pay their taxes.

Place is trash the IRS isn't a government branch an have no constitutional rights to our money #stopirscult

Google says its open till 5pm... just drove an hour, and A few minutes to find out. Its closed for training......NOOICE!!!!

This place is closed till September 2020 I learned this the hard way. I wish Google was updated.
