Rick and the crew are amazing. They’re very good at communication. They keep you informed of everything going on and get prior authorization for any work that they do been to a lot of shops that just try and charge you for things that they never talk about or explain this shop is different. affordable prices with a great crew and amazing people. I can’t say enough good things about my experience, but I can say that this is the job that I will be taking anything that I own automotive from trucks to cars RV from here on out. I've been to several auto shops in the Redding area and most I didn't like for one reason or another. This was my first time going to R&R Auto and working with Rick on getting some repairs on my vehicle. The service was great from the beginning, Rick is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to get my vehicle back on the road running better than ever. He got me scheduled and in just a few days later and quickly got my vehicle repaired and back to me. He kept me up to date with the progress which was a great piece of mind. Its such a relief and a good feeling to experience a auto shop that is 100% professional, quick and does a great job. I can't tell you how many shops I've been to where I have to wait weeks to get my vehicle in and then when it is in the shop it sits there for weeks until it's done. I was quite impressed at how much work was done in a quick manner and the great quality of work done. I could tell they really care and work hard to get the job done right and have the vehicle back to the customer asap. I will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Rick!

These guys saved us on our road trip from Portland to Oakland. When our A/C went out as we were passing through — at 3:30pm on a Friday, we were doubtful anyone would be able to fix it, but these guys really came through for us and were super nice. They could have gouged us but they charged us fairly. Shout out to the two women who helped us. Thank you thank you thank you!

I can’t even say how great the service is! We are treated like family and they do an amazing work! I got my class C from 1974 there and they just did miracles! It is like a new car now! Very happy!

Rick and the team at R&R are helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a thermostat housing failure that leaked coolant until my engine overheated, leaving me on the side of the road. I got a tow to the shop, and within 2 hours they had me back on the road!

Rick is absolutely the best! He got my truck in right away and had it back to me in a very timely manner. He was very informative and thorough. This is a wonderful shop to have all of your vehicles needs taken care of. I recently needed to have my work truck taken in for an evap issue, not only did Rick and his team get me in quick but they resolved my issue and explained it to me in detail and got me on the road again. They are affordable and polite and trustworthy and made me feel great leaving with my truck. I highly recommend R&R and will definitely be bringing all my vehicles to them from now on.

I can’t recommend R&R automotive enough, broken down on the side of the highway just south of Redding California. It took me four shops to find someone that could help me with my truck. Not only did Rick get me in to diagnosis my problems right away, he was kind enough to lend me his truck to go to a hotel and get some rest as they solved my issues. They are professional knowledgeable and very fair on pricing. Thank you, Rick, Jody, and there mechanics for helping me when I was really stressed.

We had just arrived in Redding for gas after a 6 hr drive from the coast of Oregon 1/2 way home to Madera. After filling up, tried to drive off and trans. would not engage. We called 3 different shops and none could see us that day, in fact, one said it would be at least a week! The 3rd shop we called referred us to R and R and we're so glad they did. Talked to Rick and he said tow the car there. Make a long story shorter, his mechanic got on it rightaway and had us out in a couple of hours.
