Helpful ACE

I stopped by this location It is located right by the freeway this isn't my first time I have always found what I need is well merchandise, well managed plus the employees are not pushy they let me browse. At this occasion I stopped to buy some screws because I am trying to build a work table with free pallets.

Prices can be high but they always have what I need and great service!

I needed some sand bags for the downpour of rain we had. My garage was getting flooded. They were super helpful in giving ideas on what else I could do and even looked in the back for things that weren't on the shelf . Always friendly and right there for any questions.

Just spoke to Joleen and told her that I always find the store to be well stocked and clean. What I didnt tell her was that I have been all over the state and this has been the best ACE store that I have seen and the other ACE stores are nothing to be sneezed at.

Although small the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for those of us who don’t wanna run into town to a big box store. Although the prices are usually slightly higher than the big box stores it’s nice to support locally owned smaller stores who actually care about their customers. The staff seems to be generally more in tune with customers needs and more knowledgeable about their products. Would definitely recommend.

I called to inquire if this store had a certain item in stock. The female who answered was polite, yay! and most helpful. I can say I was most impressed. Drove to this store and found numerous employees willing to offer assistance, yay again! The attitude by all at this business shows me that management is caring and actually trains the employees. I really appreciate that and find it a rare occurrence in today's marketplace. I highly recommend this business and will go back if I need any of their goods. Solid 5 star rating here.

Great helpful staff and semi-wide selection. We went to them for a lot of supplies while we were renovating our bedroom and bathroom. At one point we came in to get another pint of paint for the bathroom and they ended up giving us the wrong color!! Oops! Luckily they handled it quickly & nicely the next day once we realized it didnt match up and gave us a new pint free! Thanks guys!!

Place has a little of everything and prices are ok especially when your living in cv and dont want to drive to town

This is a great store to have near a community where there is always some household project coming up. We are constantly going there to pick up something that needs fixing. Also the employees are great in helping you where to find your item.

The older man with the ponytail and the older guy that is a retired plumber never fail to steer me in the right direction. They are very patient about listening to what my problem is and always have a workable fix for my problems. It would be a great loss if they retire.

Went in on Saturday night 30 minutes before closing to get paint matched. Juan did a fantastic job! Hannah was at register, Good job team!!
