Great and helpful people at Safari RV! Definitely recommend Thai place to anyone having troubles or need parts. Helped me solve my problem I was having with hot water heater and saved me tons of money. Thank you guys so much.

Recently I found myself in the tenuous position of having the HWH double slide out on my class A Winnebago fail. I researched the problem at various RV Forums and found that Slide outs require special expertise and are usually quite expensive to have repaired. And sometimes, folks found so called “experts” only advanced the problem further! I called HWH in Iowa and they could recommend no one in Redding (Camping World’s reputation was very weak). I subsequently called five dealers in Redding. Four of them said they could attempt the fix. I read the reviews of each and checked BBB reports. All were ‘sparse’ to nonexistent. I personally went to each dealer and questioned them about their expertise. Safari had recently ‘changed ownership’ and Bill, the mechanic, had ‘Certification, from an HWH School. I was hesitant and unsure; but, I chose Safari over the others for various reasons. I did have one other RV person recommend Safari. I took my Motorhome to Safari (for an estimate) and waited for ‘the axe to fall’! They called me a couple of days later and said it WAS FIXED and the low cost was UNDER any of my estimates! I was VERY surprised; happy and completely satisfied! I will now return to Safari with all future problems. I recommend them very highly! They treated me with integrity and honesty. They could have taken advantage and they did not!

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I just bought my first RV and wanted to install the hitch myself. I asked for the bolt kit and brackets. The Manager threw them on the counter and when I tried to asked simple questions about the install he treated me like an idiot. After talking to a few other shops in town, this manager runs off all kinds of business from his store.

The manager Mark at Safari RV is the reason we will no longer go back for RV parts and supplies. He argued with everything we were trying to do to fix our trailer. He wouldnt listen, he interrupted, he was condescending and just plain rude! I do not recommend going here, I would rather go to Camping World and I don't like their prices, but I'll go anyway to avoid this man!

Waited a month for my appointment. Finally took trailer in on July 8th. Today is July 29th. Still do not have trailer . When I call to find out how long I do not get a call back. Called to talk to manager today. Still waiting for call back.. I love customer service. You w9nt get it here.
