I love my boots! They fit great and I got them shipped in one day ! I would always get my boots here if I were someone else and great people work there too ! Very nice costomer service and the boots almost last two years!

I bought a pair of Iron Rangers in June. I used them daily as work boots, however I'm a equipment operator so most of that time was spent in the cab of a machine. After 4 months the soles were separating from the leather. I took them in and in ten minutes walked out with a brand new pair. No fuss, no problems, just Excellent customer service.

Been doing business with Carl and Carl Jr. for several years now because they are just simply the best in Redding for boots period ! Great customer service as well ! As a disabled man that wears leg braces and size 13 boots I have a real hard time finding what I need . These guys do what it takes to find me exactly what I need ! Thanks guys for the years of excellent customer service !

I bought my first pair of Red Wings today and could not be happier with the boots and service I received. I've purchased boots at other stores over the years but today I became a Red Wing customer for life.

Carl was very helpful, gave me prices, was all around great. Highly recommend this Redwing store.

Ordered shoes, seven days later still not there. Customer service was horrible. I have never paid that much or needed to wait this long for a pair of shoes. Guy told me that it had “only” been seven days and to wait for a call. Unbelievable!!! Red Wing shoes are good shoes......but not that good. 0 stars. Don’t buy here.

ordered shoes 3 weeks ago. shoes didnt show up. said they could be on backorder. ordered the shoes from their website received them in 3 days. they dont care here.
