Hector exhibited the type of customer service that is missing nowadays. He brought a jump box to jump the car. I was in that had a dead battery with very little delay between our current phone conversation, and when he showed up on site. Because of the way he handled it. I will make every effort to make sure he gets my companies business as well in the future.

man tried to save money by buying on line the part,well really paid the price part lasted three days lost my money plus car broke down at work had to go buy the usa part and install again ,this part is life time warranty ,really paid the price!

i love the place it has everything i need, isaac is the only good and amazing worker. he helps me with everything i possibly need in there. i went in a couple days ago and he was the only person helping people the other 2 workers were leaning on the counter and 1 of them were going into the back and smoking when he came back out to help me he smelled like weed and had no clue what he was talking about. in my opinion isaac is a hard worker and needs a raise or something better.

Very clean organized store. Everything you could possibly need for the maintenance of your vehicle. Older man was very friendly and helpful. 10/10

Although my luck hasn’t been the best in this store in the past, as far as employees, or at any auto parts store for that matter but tonight definitely made up for it. The young man’s name was Thomas and I believe him to be a manager. Anyway, he went out of his way to help me and get me the best deal he could. And you could tell he enjoyed his job very much. This guy needs a raise for sure

Good AutoZone Location, Helped me figure out the Brakes and Rotors I needed for my Truck when one of the competitors" Didn't have Time to Help me Because they were Busy". Anyway Good respectful Staff. Recommend this part store location to anyone.

I'm from out of state and usually go to the AutoZone near my house, so I decided to drive the extra couple of minutes to go to this store instead of the other auto shops in Sevierville. I'm glad I did - Larissa was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to use the loan-a-tool service and got my wife's car fixed in a couple of hours. A huge lifesaver while on vacation.

Needed a headlight bulb replaced. They had it and installed it for me..Great, helpful employees. Also reasonably priced..

They had exactly what I needed for my RV. My go to place for my automotive needs.

I needed a brake light and knew just where to go. I always use Auto Zone. Karen helped me this time. She had me on my in a hurry. She was friendly and took great care to not break the plastic piece on my Rogue. I will be back!

Just paid a visit to this location after a troubled battery left me stranded. Jose was able to diagnose the battery, get me a new one, and do the install all within a few minutes. He was very helpful and personable. Being from out of town and not knowing anyone in the area, he helped ease my woes. Definitely 5 stars.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and courteous. This store gets my vote as the best auto parts store in the Sevierville area.

Quick service great place and people

My van’s check engine light started blinking and van was running really rough as I was coming into Sevierville for vacation. I wasn’t sure what to do and was contemplating towing it back to Ohio because google said it could cause severe damage to drive. As a latch ditch effort I called AutoZone. Hector went out of his way to come and run the code and then him and Jose took turn out of their day to get the parts and install them for me. They saved my trip! I appreciate them and would recommend this store to everyone! Thanks again!

We are local, Great Customer service. Sam was extremely helpful and helped turn my rough day around. Installed my battery for me and helped with a few other diagnosis’s, to get me back on the road safely. A different visit a female technician (can’t remember her name ) was also extremely helpful.
