Best Buy

I have not had this experience at other Best Buys, but this one in Washington, UT. Was really positive. We have purchased a computer, electronics, and an appliance here. The young staff is very helpful and respectful to us old codgers who aren't so tech savvy. Their Geek Squad was very patient and helpful and fast. Thank you, staff!

Low stock on some popular holiday items, but the customer service was great. Checked out at the cell counter and skipped a long line of returns. Desired product was OOS, but I was able to return for credit and have a new item shipped to my door for free. Hats off to Best Buy for adapting to the challenges of our current retail environment and providing creative, frictionless solutions via online availability.

Excellent help with my new computer with a virus . Helpful both in what to do if it happens again and also making my computer better in having more ability to reject upcoming viruses. I am very grateful for the patience extended and the quality of work done on the computer.

Gunnar helped me by finding an open box that I was hoping to get and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for my setup. He clearly explained the benefits of the Best Buy total membership and even helped me take my tv and desktop out to my truck. Very happy with the customer service, deals, and another special shoutout to Gunnar for being awesome! Thank you!!!

Very helpful people, went in their to purchase some presents, the sales person was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to explain all the options. I would recommend them for all electronic purchases.

Best Buy! Absolutely love this place. RJ and the Washington Utah store team have always treated us with kindest. Overall their customer service is top notch. The only complain I have I wished the store was as bigger like the ones in Salt Lake City. 😊

One of the best Best Buys I've visited. Excellent service. Most personable and honest Geek Squad by fear. These guys quickly and graciously helped me out with a simple task at no charge, then helped me in selecting a laptop replacement without being scummy, high pressure, or disingenuous.

The help was helpful and friendly even on a Black Friday. There was no feeling of chaos--only excited calm.

Hello, I was in the Washington, UT Best Buy today with my husband to find and hopefully purchase a newer iPhone. Well, we found and purchased an iPhone 13, and the reason we left Best Buy 😃 happy, and I mean GENUINELY happy is because of Thomas‼ He was our sales advisor at the Washington, UT location and I can’t say enough how fantastically delightful he was to deal with‼ He was knowledgeable and (to me) should become the template for great customer service for Best Buy, because he was helpful, truly friendly, and he went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations😃 I will gladly return to the Washington Best Buy for one reason and one reason only, and his name is Thomas. Even on a bysy day like Black Friday the staff was courteous and well organized.

I must say... I will never buy a phone from anywhere else. I usually by my phones from best buy but I recently tried Costco. What a joke that was. The customer service sucked. We went to the best buy in St George yesterday and bought my wife a phone. Absolutely awesome experience and super friendly customer service. Jonah helped us and made sure we were completely satisfied. In Fact all of the guys at the electronic booth were amazing. Keep up the great work. We will be back again

Love this place, most of the time, I miss the days when they had a lot more computer stuff but they seem to be the only game in town in this area.
