They're fast

For owners or employees of an Exxon where Plenti cards are used they do not know how to use them! I had to let 4 customers go in line in front of me because the worker kept cancelling my transaction because he did not know how to use it. Then the lady came over to help and also didn't know so I ended up leaving without receiving my Plenti points for gas and in store purchases. If you have a Plenti card I suggest using a different exxon for that!

Horrible!!! I went to get gas and used my card(mistake) to pay for gas... after only using a portion of what i paid for i went in for a refund... the hindu guy gave me a recipt and told me the refund would be on my card in a couple days....well a coupple days past and i called again because the funds were not on my card. it has now been 2 weeks and i cant seem to get a manager to keep their appts with me. first its "come in on monday, ill be here from 8-12" then monday comes and managers arent there until 4!!!!! I called again and they said wednesday, same thing. dirty indians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
