Dr. Ross Sapp is the best dentist that I've encountered. I have major Dental anxiety. He is gentle and patient and does quality work. His assistant Ashley is just as good. The bedside manner that I've experienced at Thurston dental has been phenomenal.

This morning I called to schedule a new patient appointment for my son who woke up with dental pain. Thurston Dental got him an appointment the same day! The Dr as well as all the staff were awesome. Everyone there made sure my son was comfortable thru the whole appointment. I highly recommend this Dental office.

First time at this facility. Very clean, friendly staff, hardly any waiting. Dr Sapp is great and very friendly, he explained issues clearly and gave me very good advice. I am extremely confident in the quality of his care. Glad I found this Dentist and would highly recommend

I’ve had a lot of dental work done and was blessed to have an amazing dental office in Kirkland. I’ve recently moved to Olympia and through some internet searches and reviews I was again blessed to find yet another amazing office, that of Dr Sapp and staff! I can’t say enough about the atmosphere in their office! Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m a bit anxious with dental work! Their “casual” but VERY professional approach instantly put me at ease (and that’s a first!). A special thanks to Ashley for her patience and understanding during my initial intake as well as to the front desk staff (sorry, I didn’t catch your names) who were very helpful during my initial contacts, helping me with insurance matters, transfer of records, etc. Dr Sapp had a way of interacting with me that was professional and calm while his fun sense of humor helped me to feel at ease. The overall experience dispelled all of my fears of starting up with a new dentist! They’ve definitely earned their well deserved excellent reputation!!

Excellent work by the entire staff. Made me feel right at home. Kind, knowledgeable and supportive staff that have your best interest at heart. I can say for the first time in my life that I look forward to my next dentist appointment! They are a pleasure.

I'm a neurotic old hippie gal with many physical issues including stage iv cancer . Thurston dental was so understanding, gentle, encouraging and the vibe was so good I'll definitely go there any for other dental needs that come up. It was totally painless, even the shots needed for numbing. I highly recommend and thank you Thurston Dental.

Dr. Sapp is the best! He is professional, gentle and talks me through what he is going to do. I like going here because the DENTIST actually does all the fillings/work rather than the hygienists. The office is clean, the rates are affordable and all the folks are really friendly. If you’re looking for a new dentist- give Dr.Sapp a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I needed an emergency extraction after a wisdom tooth that had been bothering me for a year finally cracked. The pain was unbearable for two days straight. Initially I was waiting at a walk in clinic up the road for 3 hours until I realized I wasn’t going to be helped. When I called Thurston Dental, I was a bit emotional from the pain and desperate for help. They were so compassionate and willing to help me within the hour. Everyone in the office was personable and kind. This tooth has been bothering me for over a year, so it’s an enormous relief to be able to eat without pain and finally sleep through the night. Thank you so much!!

All the staff at Thurston Dental have been extremely helpful and supportive. We had some issues with insurance and they worked so hard and went above and beyond to clear up the issue.

Came back for my deep clean. I haven't been to a Dentist for most of my adult life (28 years) mainly because I had zero problems. Not only were they extremely nice and professional, I was happily surprised that they did not scold me or guilt me for my lack of participation. No pain witch they seemed very concerned about, and great conversation that made my time in the chair fly by. 👍 👍
