I have been by here a couple of times when searching for a new car. Gerald has always been very helpful and upfront without being the usual pushy car salesman. Gerald is very kind and knowledgeable and had a lot of great advice to offer when it came to selling our old car prior to buying a new one, even if it meant us not buying a car from him that day. Will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend them.

Super helpful! My son crashed his truck into a deer and totaled it. We needed a new truck in a hurry. We searched all over Spokane and hundreds of miles in all directions and couldn’t find anything. Aaron and Gerald found us a Toyota Tacoma at an awesome price. It has been such a wonderful truck these guys rock!

Had a really good experience here. Gerald was a real straight shooter. Very upfront about the car and personable. My car loan fell through and he promised me he wouldn't sell it out from under me and he didn't. Even put on my license plates for me. He goes out of his way to say there are no warranties for the cars on the lot, SO HAVE A MECHANIC YOU TRUST CHECK THEM OUT AHEAD OF TIME. good experience for sure.

Over the years my wife and myself have looked at a few cars at this lot. Never too pushy always friendly and the customers needs being number one even if it was somewhere else. Well, we happened to fall into a beautiful rav4 on this lot and purchased this vehicle about a week ago. Not a problem at all several hundred miles later! Especially for the amazing price we got on this beautiful car! Always a gamble buying used and you never truly know… What we paid and what we got was absolutely amazing! One could argue that this place sets themselves apart. To say I might return would be incorrect when in the future when we are on the market we will give this place a first look! Very honest salesman! He let me know any possible issues. They do work on their cars and have receipts to show. I got my car in May and drove it across the country. Absolutely no issues and it is still going strong. Thank you guys so much. This place does not disappoint.

I feel fortunate to have found a car I liked for sale here. There was no issue with me having an inspection of the vehicle by a mechanic of my choice before I purchased it. The atmosphere was cordial and the experience was friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle to check out their inventory.

I really like this place. The manager Garold I a really nice guy, and really helped me when buying my truck here. Got it for a very good price, and it has run great since! The alternator did give out a couple months after I got it, but as he promised, he helped me fix it at his cost. Got the new part for me, and I put it in myself instead of having to pay over 200 to get it done.

I bought a blue Prius here. Garold, the manager helped tremendously with the car. He answered all the questions and patiently helped find resources for me for repairs on the car.
Garold was reasonable in negotiated the price for me. He had great referrals for me in what I needed to do to fix certain things in the car. He was very fast in following through with service.
I would recommend getting a car in this lot. I do recommend in taking the car to a mechanic, such as Tire Rama to find out ahead of time what repairs need to be made.

I bought an old ford Ranger from here, and their salesman was so awesome in helping me out. Garold was the main salesman, and he worked with me, made sure I knew the good things AND the bad about the truck, and when I decided to get it, as is, no warranty, he even made me a promise that if I needed parts for it when it breaks at all, that I will get the parts I need for wholesale price! And he would help me work on it so I could learn how to do it myself!

I can't believe that these other people think that this place is bad. I won't do business anywhere else for cars from now on.

Even after all this, I was given 45 days for my plates and registration in, and their title clerk had it all to me in about a week. Even that was amazing to me! This place is great, and the salesmen are fun, and are knowledgeable about cars, and will give you a good deal with whatever it is you're looking at. I recommend this place to anyone needing a car.

Dave is about the people, not the sales. I had cash ready to buy a car but there were people waiting on a loan that came in before me. Even though he could’ve easily dropped them and had a deal on the spot, he respected that they came first. I appreciate how personable and fair he was and that’s just the guy I would want to buy from. If they happen to come across a similar deal to the car I wanted to get there, they’ll have my business for sure!

We bought a car today from Independent car sales, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy and gave us space to look around. When we asked questions he was able to answer them. He worked with us to give us the deal we were looking for. I would do business with these guys again.

Positive experience. I would not hesitate in the least to refer a potential buyer (to include both friends and family) to salesman Chace at Independent Auto Sales. He treated me with honesty and respect from start to finish (and to be brutally honest I mean with genuine respect - not the "phony" behavior that I believe most of us have sadly come to expect from a car salesman).

Chace did not hesitate to let me take the vehicle to a certified mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. There was no pressure, no hidden fees and negotiations went smoothly. In dealing with Chace it was evident he was a very knowledgeable and capable salesman (yet he was honest and maintained both a friendly and professional demeanor).

Gerald was awesome, I had my identity stolen years ago, no credit, helped me get a loan and get an awesome truck, even offered to get parts if ever needed at his price, wether it's for the truck I bought or not, just an overall nice guy, didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't want
