Kyle Sasser, DPT

Kyle has been my physical therapist for 3 months, working with me for my recovery from a rotator cuff procedure. I have appreciated the time he takes with me each time, and taking the time to explain what he's doing and the why. I have had questions about certain movements, what weight I can use at each stage along the way in my workouts, and what it will take to regain full shoulder mobility. He has been wonderful in answering all my questions and concerns. Kyle has been very compassionate as well as instructional at all times during our sessions. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing, and the questions I ask. I highly recommend Kyle!

My experience with Kyle has always been 100%. He's very professional and polite. He gives detail explanations on physical therapy exercises as he works with me. And what I need to do at home as well. He is a very nice young man and your lucky to have him as a physical therapist at your facility.

Kyle asked many questions about my injury, my recovery goals and then follow up questions to ensure that he understood where I am with my injury, how determined I am to get to my goal and how I process or tolerate pain. I feel that he is actively engaged in my care and genuinely wants to help me reach my full physical potential. He will make a suggestion and then while I am working on a specific exercise, he researches to provide informed guidance. I feel very much at ease in communicating with him and believe him to be honest and trustworthy. Very happy I was referred to him.

I've been working with Kyle since July and he is wonderful. Initially, we weren't sure what was really going on with my back and Kyle noticed some things that were "off". He called my doctor immediately after my appointment and got things rolling. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have gotten the imaging I needed. He's really been a blessing. I'm on the mend, all because of Kyle and Rockwood!

The entire physical therapy office is awesome. I have seen Kyle before and after surgery. The whole process has been smooth. I know when I get there they are ready to start and I’m never left waiting. They always keep my goals for treatment in mind not just what they think I should be at. The only down side to here because they are so great they are in high demand. The wait for an appointment was over a month and then I almost had zero appointments for a month also. They are over booked with patients that it is almost unfair to the physical therapists and the patients they are seeing. If I am accepted somewhere for treatment I am under the impression that I won’t be forgotten that I still need care. Please higher more therapists like the ones you have so they don’t have to be over booked and patients don’t feel unimportant.

I've been seeing Kyle Sasser, Zeke and the other therapist assistants for two months and have been very impressed with their kind attention, knowledgeable experience and clinic flow. Everyone from the front desk to the aides are helpful and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Kyle was great to work with . Friendly and professional. He gives confidence in your healing process. I highly recommend him and if I need a PT in the future , I’ll definitely be requesting Kyle.
