Adair Homes - Inland Northwest

We built our house with Adair - Spokane branch in 2018 and we were very happy with the whole process from design to final touch ups. I want to specifically recommend Bruce, our project superintendent. From day one he was professional, efficient, and focused on our home. He truly managed the project and went above and beyond to make sure it ran smoothly. He communication was always timely and direct, never sugarcoated. We really appreciated his experience and trusted his sound judgement. We most highly recommend the Adair - Spokane branch and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Adair Homes was nothing short of awesome. From our first meeting with John Adler to the completion of our home, they were nothing but professional. Our construction foreman, Ken Kenyon was super positive and kept our build progressing nicely. We started on time and had very few delays. During the build, Ken kept us informed of our progress and met every phase of our project on time. We had very few issues and the ones we did have, Ken either fixed them himself or made sure they were rectified to our satisfaction. During the build we had several interested people stop by the build site and ask about the build and who the contractor was. We enjoyed showing them around our beautiful new home. We are more than happy to recommend Adair homes to any who ask.

We chose Adair Homes after researching other similar companies to build our home in Colville, WA in 2018. We were blessed to have THE best Construction Superintendent in Ken Kenyon. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, he never gave us anything but a super positive attitude all the time. And although he was crazy busy, he always promptly communicated with us. I would highly recommend Adair Homes and Ken to anyone.

Almost done with our Adair home and so far what we have seen and expirienced has been fantastic! Building a house is so stressful, but with the team we have had, it has been pretty painless. Ken Kenyon is our super and has done an AMAZING job keeping things going during the crazy times we are currently going through! Any issues or questions I have, he is on it right away and has always been readily available when I call. Hands down would recommend Adair!

I highly recommend Adair Homes. We started our project in December and just completed and moved in the 1st of July. Ken Kenyon was really great to work with. He always answered our calls or called us back right away. Very good communication and was on site weekly or more. He really cared about getting things done properly and timely and was excellent to work with. Overall a very good experience.

Working with Scotti Stephens with Adair Homes - Inland Northwest to design our first build was an amazing experience. She helped us through every step of the way and often went above and beyond to make sure we were stayed excited about the project when it would often feel overwhelming. We had our deposit paid and about to sign the concept plan so Adair could place the purchase order; however, during this dynamic time and all that is COVID, we ran into a few hiccups that made us decide to not pursue building at this time. Ultimately, we decided to buy instead of build. We are thankfully in the process of getting our deposit back (given the exceptional circumstances with the pandemic), and I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and understanding Scotti and her team has been with this most recent decision.

Adair built a really sturdy home for us in 2014. The project manager Bruce was outstanding in his service and communication, Brandon Johnson provided excellent product selection guidance, and Brian Miner was a great help in getting us our construction loan.
We did rush to get into the home before Christmas (concrete poured on 9/6/14 and we moved in 12/4)--- and as a result we didn't take the time to ensure that all the finish work was quite as good as it could have been and all defects fixed... but these guys built a SOLID home for us.
Also, I'm doing some touchup work on the home right now to bring it back up to like-new condition, and Brenda Loukes in customer service has been really helpful.

I would definitely recommend Adair if you're looking for a strong, well built, mid-grade home in the Northwest.

We picked Adair to build our forever home. We spent time looking at other home builders and Adair stood out! Adair had the best floor plan design for us and have been very helpful every step of the way. A big shout out to Scotti and Bruce who were amazing to work with.

My wife and kids are currently living on-site overseeing the build through Adair Inland NW while I have been 300 miles away buttoning things up with work. This is a stressful situation for our family but fortunately we have had a team who has been on top of things throughout the process from design to completion. Any questions or concerns are answered promptly, subs have been good and the super intendent Ken has kept things moving smoothly. We have about 2 weeks left and are happy to have chosen Adair to build with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a semi-custom build!

My husband and I just recently started considering building a home and have talked to several builders. Adair has by far been the most helpful, kind and informative. Brandon at the Spokane office has been awesome. He is always willing to answer my questions, no matter how silly or repetitive. He has offered information and ideas that I never would have thought of and he has never made me feel pressured or obligated.
When we are ready to build we are most definitely going through Adair.

This is a the first time for my husband and I to have a new construction home, so at the tender age of 66 we are learning many new things about the whole process. Brandon Johnson has been a Godsend to us, working with us every step of the way. Always patient, answering every question we have, never making us feel dumb for the question. If he didn't know the answer to our questions, he would research it and get back to us in a timely manner. We are looking forward to the completion of our new HOME and will recommend Adair and Brandon to anyone looking to have a new home! Last but not least all of the crews that were hired in the building of our home have done a great job!

My wife and I walked in off the street when we were looking at building our new home after a bad experience with a previous builder. Scotti in the sales office was wonderful. Later as the home progressed to building we began working with Bruce. Bruce worked hard to get our build moving and keep it on track, all in the middle of a pandemic. Our home is not completed yet but construction is moving along and on track to being completed on time. Building a home can be a challenging experience, the people in Adair’s Spokane office have simplified the process and do great work.

I have worked with Brandon Johnson. The main reason I trust Brandon is the way he listens to what we had to say. You can tell that he was not in just for the money. Brandon takes time to listen and ask questions to make sure he understands what you are looking for. I have searched a couple other places and Brandon took the time to really care. Buying a house is hard enough but he helped all the way through.

From our first meeting with our home planner on through the build, we could not be happier. Adair staff has always been professional and done everything possible, sometimes the almost impossible, to help us with our dream home. Ours isn't a typical build as it is an ADA home but that didn't stop them from make our dream a reality. I'd give them ten stars if I could.

Brandon Johnson has been wonderful to work with! He has tirelessly answered my many many questions and given us sound advise. What I most appreciate about Brandon is his honesty, he will tell you what to really expect about the process, time frame, and REAL prices that include everything. I never felt run around or 'sold', rather, honestly informed and respected.
