Just left this store and Judy - is an amazing asset to this store, she walked me through online ordering. I am 33 years old and the website layout is confusing. Judy truly cares about her job and the guests that come in. If she is not already a manger promote her asap.

Updated review — I had Judy helping me place my order online, once I learned that she hadn’t taken a break, I told her I don’t mind being helped by another employee. (Judy is a sweetheart at no point did she say I gotta go on break! I am hungry! She made it her mission to help me. She passed me along to a gentleman he is new to the store John I believe, he came to the conclusion that unfortunately we were running into a technical issue and unfortunately it was outta his hands and he couldn’t accommodate the online promo. He apologized and I truly believe exhausted every option as Judy had beforehand. I got amazing service I was in shock at their willingness to help me. John tried calling the district manger to help me that day but unfortunately there was no answer. John apologized and said if you come back tomorrow we would be happy to assist you once a manger is here. This type of service made me want to buy my products from this exact location!!!! Melissa the manger !!!! Well done today you took care of me, I can only assume that such great employees come from such a great team lead. 10/10 for this store you guys absolutely rock !!!!

came in for a possible parts need. manager told me to go to a local shop she recommended (which turned out to be great) so I could get it inspected first. She said she didn’t want to rip me off by having me buy a part I wasn’t sure I needed. 10/10, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, good community connections.

Fast and easy. Friendly and knowledgeable lady helped me on this visit.

Went to a different AutoZone that didn't have my part in stock. Got directed here. Greeted immediately, and part was waiting on the counter for me. Quick and easy.

Staff helped me find exactly what I needed when I was aiming in the wrong direction. Another employee helped tremendously by installing the product. Very pleased, I will definitely shop here again.

They got me in right before closing for a car Inspection. Told me everything looked perfect on my car but I needed wiper blades I didn't have the full funds so they helped me out with a discounted price! Store manager Lee and assistant manager Ryan were professional and willing to work with me! I thank God I found this place I will definitely be back! So grateful!

I had a really wonderful experience at this location today. Both the manager (I did not get his name) and Nate (an employee) were extremely helpful and kind to me as I worked through a battery issue. I felt they both went above and beyond. After dealing with many car issues, their patience, understanding, and kindness were much needed.

I have been coming to this Autozone since I have lived in this area. Keith has always been so amazing and helping me and is extremely knowledgeable with all products and services! He was not there when I needed assistance with my car battery but still referred me to another consultant, Demetrius, who helped me put my battery in. Awesome staff! Good customer service is very hard to come by these days but I know I can visit this location for my car needs and get A1 customer service. Thank Keith and Demetrius! Thank you for going above and beyond!

I was treated with respect and got what I came for.

Great store and this location is a good one as well. Never had any problems. Anytime I needed help or had a question the staff was always ready to help and solved any issues I had. They pretty much stuck with me all the way til I had what I needed. I always left satisfied and confident with what I had purchased. Keep up with the wonderful customer service and I will keep coming back.

5 stars to Judy for the great customer service and up selling. I felt like she really care about my needs and when she presented the up sell she did it in a great way. I didn’t need windshield washer fluid now but I perched it anyway just because she was awesome! Great job!!!!!

I was first at the Affton store and had a bad experience.
I went to the Kingshighway location and Bridgette (might not be spelled correctly) WAS A BLESSING!!
She exhibited excellent customer service and even let me vent about the other store. She helped me resolve my issues and I received proper credit for the purchase of a new battery.
I then called the district and regional managers to inform them of my interactions with both locations.

We only got a quick oil change but it was exactly that...quick, good, to the point service. Bathroom door was broke but I figure if that's the worst it's great. The people working were very nice and super friendly and patient with my 4 children.

I would recommend this place to anyone! I am from out of town and needed to replace a headlight. After a few hours of determination and hard work (and a dead battery), a couple of gentlemen had me on my way. The employees were kind and helpful and the locals that helped me were fantastic too. I wish there was a way I could express my gratitude more. Everyone went above and beyond.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and informed someone would be with me shortly. I was helped quickly and my car problem was address with concern, laughter / humor, and knowledge by the AutoZone rep. I knew more about my car issue after the rep toke the time to help me get exactly what I needed. Awesome job Terrance and great job AutoZone for hiring a TRUE Customer Service Representative!!! Customer Service can't be taught, it's already built into your personality.

I get all my auto needs met here. My grandson enjoys coming here with grandpa in his truck. They don’t make make trucks like they used to, but if you shop here sometimes it seems like they do. I get seafoam products here and it helps keep my engine running for many years.

I was able to get in and out, they even let me borrow a of their basic tools for free to help with a small project on my vehicle. I was able to do everything in their parking lot without issue. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I was able to use their bathroom when asked also.

I’m very thankful for Floyd and his coworker! I’m from GA and had a slight issue with my car starting properly, so I visited this Auto Zone to replace my battery. After determining corrosion and one other issue was the problem, they worked together to make sure I was hood to go and wouldn’t be stranded with a battery issue. I appreciate their knowledge and friendly service. (Note: The corrosion apparently had been an issue for quite some time. I take my car for regularly scheduled maintenance. They will be hearing from me the next time I visit!)
