Oliver and Jon installed our new hot water tank on May 1st.
I spoke with Jon Deleon the night before when our hot water tank went out and we had water everywhere. His calm and reassuring demeanor enabled me to shut off the gas, the water to the tank and re-start the water to the house. The following day he and Oliver arrived to install the new tank.
Jon and Oliver are the epitome of professionalism and represent Day & Nite Plumbing and Heating in a gold standard manner.

Derek Yates assisted me on an annual service for our heat pump. He was very thorough in explaining everything.
We have not had an actual service, we will post another review when that occurs

Derek Yates is an extraordinary young man and an even more extraordinary plumber. He is extremely knowledgeable and I recommend without reservation. He is an excellent communicator and kept us informed at every step of the project, and prompt, and courteous. He’s a great representative of the company. We are very happy with the quick service—we called Thursday at the end of the day and Derek came out first thing Friday morning.

The office accommodated our timeframe, the technician called with an arrival time and showed up exactly on time. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We are very satisfied with the work and workmanship.

I was very satisfied with their services, we needed a new water heater on an emergency basis as our old one started leaking. They helped me shut off the water at night and got a new one installed within 24 hours.

Quick friendly service! Our technician, Aurelio, was knowledgeable and Accurate with diagnosis and resolving our drip problem! The Company was Reliable and communicative! We Will definitely use them again!

We were referred to day and night by my sister-in-law. They did an excellent job. We called on a Friday and got an appt on Monday to fix our water main that was leaking under our driveway (all other companies are weeks out). It helped that we had underground detection services come out and find where the leak was beforehand that Friday. Day and night has worked with this business many times over the years.
The appointment scheduler recommended we call 811 call before you dig asap. Which we did. Which put us in the queue faster to have utilities come out and mark. (Yes day and night does this but it helps if the home owner calls too).
Issac and wade showed up earlier than scheduled, thank you. They listened to my husband's explanation and the process we had already started. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and wrote a quote. THEY GIVE MILITARY AND SENOIR DISCOUNTS. thank you, so few companies do this for our military families and seniors!
Issac and wade made quick work of cutting the 2 inch cement and dug 4 feet down and pinpointed the leak! Such hard workers! They quickly realized our plumbing was older and ran out very quickly to get the proper materials for the job, mostly they had what we needed. And was grateful they could fix and not wait to order parts.

Day and night plumbing was a God send. They are a Christian company that has been in business for a long time. We felt $5400 was a fair price to fix a water main to our home and had the scheduled and work done in in less than 2 business days.
We are waiting for the team to come out and put patch on the driveway. But realize the dirt needs to settle and harden up before that can happen.

Scheduling was easy, they showed up when they said they would. Our repairman,Todd, was very cordial and friendly, had his hypothesis of our boiler problem and tested it to confirm. Very reasonably priced with zero mansplaining, but still helpful discussions.

We had a major water leak at home and the entire experience from booking an appointment to fixing the leak was seamless and completed in less than 6 hours.
Elliot, technician who came home, was pleasant, knowledgeable and fixed our issue in no time. including providing knowledge on maintenance that make us better home owners. Highly recommended!

Update: Elliot came for a follow-up release to fix our water heater issue (which we discovered during the water leak), and as usual did an excellent job. I believe we are fixed all of our leaks and are part of the annual maintenance plan which I highly recommend.

Gas furnace and fireplace repair and maintenance: Exceptional service from the moment I scheduled to the time I paid the bill (and without hesitation!). The technician, Elliot, was experienced and knowledgeable on both gas furnace and fireplaces, and was able to resolve issues with both! Not only was he exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable, he also took the time to explain things in detail and answer all my questions as he went. Today my family is warm and happy again… and I’m a little bit smarter about gas appliances. Thanks, Elliot! I appreciate you.

Todd was fantastic! Very quick, knowledgeable and straightforward. He was able to diagnose and provide estimate within 15 minutes. No one ever wants to hear they have to replace their furnace or an expensive part but he was very easy going and assured me the job could be done and the part was available, which is such a blessing because the unit is old. He also was very courteous putting a mat out front on the doorstep and shoe covers to protect the floors. 5 stars! Great customer service!

We just had Day&Nite Heating install a new HVAC system for our condo in downtown Edmonds. The techs were great. The job went smooth. A very difficult area for the air handler, the tech had upbeat attitude and made it look easy. They set and tested everything and let us know how it all would work.
I am glad we chose Day & nite for our equipment and service.

I called for a pipe repair at my in-laws house in Kenmore. Derek was the technician who was assigned to the call. He showed up quick and took great care fixing the problem. He also checked a few other plumbing issues at their house and made excellent recommendations. Not only did he fix the pipe and install an entirely new water heater, but offered to do the same at my house. He located a special order water heater and was able to get it installedat my house the same day. His service and professionalism was fantastic! I highly recommend the company and Derek of he's available.
