Game World Spokane Valley

I'm a regular at these guys at both locations. Great for trading old gaming equipment, games, collectibles, etc. Such a fun place. It's a candy store for nerdz and I can say that because I am one! The parking is interesting and frustrating at this location. But otherwise awesome!

Absolutely amazing and kind staff, a wonderful large selection of goodies from multiple shows, games ect and reasonably priced compared to a lot of other places I shop at.

Called and staff were very helpful in locating a very out of date cord. They had one and held it for me. Picked it up. Made my son very happy and I’m appreciative of the helpful staff and fair pricing. I’m sure we will be back soon.

Love supporting local business rather than GameStop. Brittany was wonderful and helped me diagnose my problem with my Nintendo switch and purchases. She did all of this while helping with multiple customer at once (price check, checkout, etc). Brittany needs a raise!

Edit: (07-01-23) I recently purchased multiple stuff from them. However all of it was knockoff products. The biggest problem was a Switch pro controller. I thought it was an official Nintendo controller, but it was a knockoff that doesn’t even work. I bought this to their (Carlos and a young girl) attention, and they already realize it was a problem. I did get it trade for a game. However, next day I dropped by and still see the knockoff products and controllers that don’t work back on the self. Sadly, Would not recommend to buy any controllers from them. They won’t refund your money and gave in store credit instead.

Nice man named Brandon helped me and my friend! Answered all of our questions, and was super personable and friendly :) give this man a raise immediately!!!!

They took my console and made me understand the process in which the tech works. Answered my questions and made me at ease. The tech called me within the time fre and had a complete analysis of the issues. Then he went above and beyond to give me a better Xbox. I really enjoyed my experience On getting a repair done. Thanks game world!

Well i was super happy with this place the owner is very cool and helpful and fair. But just a week ago i brought in some things for trade and among the items was a card game the fella helpong me said he couldn't give me anything for it. I asked are you sure, he saod yea but it looks cool. So i told him HE could have it cause it was a lot of fun. Couple days later i go in with 3 games or so and sitting on thw counter was said card game with a 25 $ price on it. O complained to the employee that was helping me and basicly got nothing out of him and he gave me a fucding 130 more for one of the games o was trading. Basicly a slap in the face

Advice try and only deal with owner if you can. 5 stars for him.

After all that i walked in for the first time in a year almost and found a fare size credit on my account.

Kyle and Brittany were extremely kind and helpful. My husband and I brought in our GameCube and ended up trading it in for one in better shape. They were both knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Kyle especially took the time to make sure that we were happy with our purchase.
I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is interested in video games, trading cards, etc.

Good place, great selection, just not the best prices on buying and selling. Great staff though!

The girl who helped me was nice and not stressed even though she was so busy. I had to wait about 20 minutes to get my trade completed, which gave me time to browse. There's so much to look at. The selection of past generation games accessories and consoles is pretty huge, but not a big selection of current gen stuff.

I've been on a retro console and game kick lately and was very happy with the amazing service and great selection. There is another Game World up north, but don't waste your time, this one is the spot.

All in all a great gaming store they usually have everything or can order it for you. The only setback is the price it's usually determined upon the eBay bidding price. They kind of use the eBay as the pricing guide for things especially when you want to sell to them. That's the only negative thing other than that the staff is amazing everyone there is good people as long as you don't take them off. A very good atmosphere gaming music it's the place to go if you want to get the games you want.

I enjoy the wide variety of items available to purchase, and they've got everything from games to stuffed animals. Need an adorable, affordable face mask? Boom. Problem solved

Absolutely best place in town to get anything from New to nostalgic. Awesome staff that know what they are talking about and best price hands down. Love the place and will always come back. 5 out of 5 stars for me was just there and got a original playstation for the absolute best price anywhere including 2 Nintendo 64 games and controller. Walked out with money to go to dinner. Absolutely love the place and definitely will be back

Great people. Great games. Good service. I buy stuff here all the time. I've never had a problem. It gets busy quite often though, so if you don't like a lot of people come on a Monday or Tuesday.
