El Comalon Mexican Restaurant

Second time we've been there. Lexie is a great server! Very patient with the shenanigans of our group and prompt and attentive. Excellent chicken quesadilla! Everyone enjoyed their food.

We stumbled in here tired and hungry thinking this was a run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurant. We were amazingly surprised! The flavors and spices of the food were wonderful and very different from other similar sit-down places. They had a vegetarian section and options at various price points.

Fabulous, friendly, fast service, and the food was superb! Fresh, flavorful, but not too spicy. As a Mexican food lover, this will be at the top of my list!

Authentic Mexican food that was very tasty, well presented, and serviced very well. The atmosphere is great and the high booth tops keep things fairly private.

I absolutely love it here! I've been twice already! The rice, the beans, the tortillas that come with your meal, I love it all! You can really tell a lot by how good a Mexican restaurant is by how good their beans are, and the beans reminded me of my Nana's. And their Chile Colorado was delicious! I never order it when I'm out because I'm worried about how it will turn out, but something told me to order it here and it was absolutely delicious. And the booths give such a nice secluded feeling that you don't have to worry about other people! I love it here!

If you are driving through or are looking for some really delicious Mexican food while in Spokane, we have really enjoyed our meals here. It's hard to come by good Mexican in Spokane and we are pleased to come here. The vegetarian menu is fair, but their veggie fajitas are really good! They do have a small kids menu and are family friendly.

Typical Mexican restaurant not far from Spokane airport. I ate lunch here. Food was spicy and tasty. Staff very friendly with good service. Prices typical. Parking ample. It is located in a huge shopping-center.

The food is so good and the service is excellent. I got the Arroz Pollo and I highly recommend it. My husband got a peach whiskey with Sprite from their full bar and it's his new favorite drink. We will definitely be going back.

Hands down the best Mexican food in all of Spokane!!!!

My wife and I love date days, good food, and great service with a smile, and all of that is provided here. We like to share a lunch time meal, and in some places you get the look from the waiters as though you are not going to to them well because your sharing a meal.... nothing could be further from the truth.

This is not every the case here, they go out of there way to make everyone happy. Thank you for that, and now about the food!!! Every and I mean everything I have ordered here had been prefect, just a pleasure to find here.

Great food, service, and location. Dining area is smaller, and they have created these beautiful pockets that create privacy. I love it. Great music, never overpowering.

First time eating here. Group of 4 pop in about 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday night. They seated us with no objections.

Amazing service considering how understaffed they are you could only tell because it's a one lady show and that lady is running table to table providing the best quality of customer service. Food was fresh and super good! Will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful place!!! Very clean, cute restaurant!!!! Our waitress, omg one of the BEST ones we've ever had! We had our 5 month old with us, and he couldn't stop smiling at her, and she couldn't stop smiling at him. Love this place! The food was GREAT!!! This place needs more attention for sure!

The food is delicious the atmosphere is genuine and sets you in the mood for the food you get. The prices are barely high but worth it compared to other Mexican eateries in the area. The restaurant is clean and the smell of the food in the air is intoxicating. Speaking of intoxicating the margaritas are great as well. The staff is friendly, fast and attentive. All in all I recommend going here is you want a nice peaceful meal

We were diverted to Spokane and stuck there for 24 hours and needed to find something close by to eat when we came across this gem. Amazing restaurant, food was great and the staff go above and beyond to make you happy. If we ever get stuck in Spokane again (or visit), we will for sure eat here.
