AT&T Store

We bought our first phones there 6-7 years ago & our experience was awful. I swore I would never darken their doors again. My wife talked me into going there again yesterday to update our phones. We were pleasantly surprised how we were treated..Jorge helped us & we both were elated on how he took his time & wasn’t pushy. Jorge explained the options to us & we walked out of there extremely pleased with what we decided on. We WILL go back!!!

George was amazing at answering all the questions we had and going above and beyond to help us with an international move.

William A. went above and beyond to help me with my phone problems, and upgrade. He honestly made a very stressful experience much better with his demeanor and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing service! Trystan was extremely helpful, efficient, and fast paced to ensure that we get the best deals when upgrading our phones. I accidentally lost my upgraded phone in the lake and I was devastated but the staff ensured me that the insurance claim would replace it. I received my replacement phone within days. The staff is always available and very helpful with my needs. Thanks again!

Of all my experiences with AT&T yesterday's visit has to be one of the best. Eric was very outgoing and helpful, he addressed some of our concerns without us verbally expressing them. I was very happy with my visit, I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and more.

Eric was great, very friendly and professional. We were getting two new phones and were in an out in about 20 minutes. That has never happened.

We had difficulty setting up our account at first due to a small error, but Spencer was extremely helpful and had us all set to go!

He went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted or would need. He is personable, friendly and detail oriented. He truly cares for his customers and their experience with AT&T. I’m very pleased with our experience.

Erik was great. He answered all my questions and didn't make it feel like he was forcing me to purchase products and deals I didn't want. He was efficient and very professional. The whole experience was fast and overall great.

I think I had forgotten what good customer service was, until Jenna helped me this morning. We was excellent! I had a complex problem with my account and she helped me though everything, while also assisting others along the way. She was professional, sweet, and personable. She genuinely seemed to care about me as a customer and a person. I will now only use this location! What a difference she made in my day! Thank you Jenna!

This is the only Att we go to, they are always so friendly and helpful. The people here actually know what they are taking about and are will to answer any questions you may have or help anyway they possibly can no matter if it's in person or over the phone.

I came in to upgrade my phone to the latest iPhone model. Andrew the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable on every question my husband and I asked and was excellent in explaining different promotions. He was very personable and easy to talk to. While setting up the phone/going over the deals we observed staff member Luke and another blonde worker speaking with customers, they were also very knowledgeable and helpful and if they didn’t know the answer they asked one another. Often times coming in to phone stores is a headache and takes way longer than necessary but we were very satisfied with our experience. This store has great customer service.

Awesome customer service! Highly suggest coming here. I was looking into getting the Apple Watch 4 44mm and Zach Spark was so helpful. He explained everything and more. He even sat me down and showed me a new deal that they have going on that was actually cheaper for me to go on. Absolutely outstanding customer service and helpful and very informative. I can’t explain how helpful Mr. Zach was and how patient he was and he legit took his time to make sure I understood everything and that I was getting everything I wanted. I’m not the best when it comes with technology and these guys were so helpful. So happy I came in today. The entire team working was so funny and polite. And also the place was clean and organized, very easy to see all the products and displays

Trystan was courteous and knowledgeable, fixed the issues we were having with our phones by switching out all the SIM cards, and adjusted our plan to suit our family’s needs. Highly recommend THIS store. We have been with AT&T for almost two decades, and this is the only great experience we’ve had in any AT&T store.

Erik sold me the nicest screen protector known to man, I dropped my phone countless times and my screen is still so so shiny! Every store needs an Erik!

Went in today with rather a long list of questions and needs about multiple products and services. Had the pleasure of working with a gentleman named Andrew. His questions got us right to the point of understanding what it was I needed, as well as the best deal AT&T had for those products and services. I really can't say enough about his product knowledge and courtesy. Very glad to be with AT&T.

Just wanted to say thank you to Spencer and Johnathan for all the help and tech support they have provided me over the past couple of weeks in getting my wireless hotspot working as best we can per my rural location and for ensuring my plan is set up correctly across all 6 of my devices. I'm new to AT&T and the customer service I've received at this store by these 2 has been top notch. I'm not much on leaving reviews but these 2 and this store in Airway Heights deserve a shout out for going above and beyond.

Everytime I've gone into this store for something the guys have been incredibly helpful. Andrew, Grover and Anthony are kind, attentive and helpful. They've gone above and beyond for me every time I've had an issue whether it be with billing, replacing a stolen phone, changing numbers, or just finding me the best deals possible they've delivered. I highly recommend this store and their associates I've had nothing but positive experiences here.

We've been to this store a few times. The first time was 2 years ago. We got a great deal then. We came in a couple of days ago and Andrew, the manager, was the one to help us. He got us into a way better phone plan and am amazing deal on phones. Had to come in today to pick up one that was ordered and he and his associates helped set up other things too.

Fast and quick service. I was helped by one of the managers, Taylor I think his name was. Very friendly and the other women working in the store were great as well and so friendly. Overall great experience, walked out with amazing products and I’m already very happy with my service!

The gentleman that helped me out was great. As soon as I entered the door he greeted me with a warm welcome. He was able to quickly resolve my phone problem in just a matter of minutes. Great customer service overall and very helpful!
