So helpful and awesome people! Set me up with home internet new phone new waych new tablet great deal! Great service felt great when I left the store. Solid salespeople with great knowledge and a willingness to get the job done. They helped so many baby boomers who don't know how to use their phones and helped avoid at least 3 scams in the time I was there getting set up. You need phones or devices go see these folks!

I was in and out in a timely manner with a new lens cover and a new case for my phone. The clerk was very helpful in finding me the perfect case. I am very satisfied with her customer service. This is our store we always go to as it is the closest to my home. Thank you again for your awesome customer service.

Walked in with a new iPhone 15 pro in hand. It’s funny Apple sends no documentation with new phones. Just turn it on and follow the directions on the screens. Not that simple it turns out.
They have you do a software update as soon as the new phone is on. But nothing regarding the old phone needing the same. So did a software upgrade on the old phone. Wiped the new phone. Restarted and everything then was working and the transfer was done.
Absolutely wonderful service and people working at this store!

Alex was impressive as he attended to our list of questions, paid attention to details, made sure we didn't pay for anything we didn't need, and found us the best deal for what we did need. He is knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares. So thankful Alex was on shift when we visited the store!!

Upon arriving as a walk-in within 15 seconds simultaneously a gentleman named Alex spoke and said, "I will be right with you" as he was helping another customer. In under 3 minutes Alex finished with the one customer and introduced himself and asked what may I help you with today! We reviewed my issue and immediately Alex began scrolling through my phone as if he was doing a diagnostics check. Within a short amount of time my issue resolved. Great job and kiddos to you Alex. Then I noticed the display on heating earbuds and Alex walked me through how to do a hearing test. Upon completing that test he came to help me get the results emailed to me. Then I asked about how much they cost because I am a USAF Veteran. Alex and his two other team members got online and we went through the process of getting a financial offer. I'm currently trying to get some financial assistance with my bank to compare both "offers" before finalizing my decision. FIVE STARS EASILY Is well deserved.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a Verizon store. I sadly don’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped me, but he was fantastic. He was working alone and during my visit, a lot of customers came in. He handled everything professionally and I wish you had more employees like him.

To the nice gentlemen that was working last Thursday 6-2-22 (sorry I don't remember your name). I came in with a broken screen that you could only see half of it. He was able to navigate through the dark side of the phone and get me into a new phone with all my info transfered. All the while multi-tasking with 1 to 3 more people as they came in during my 2 hours there. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about my account and Verizon's ins and outs. Just an awesome experience. Thanks!

I was helped by Jay and he gave great service! He helped me switch plans from T-Mobile to Verizon and he did a wonderful job at explaining the different plans and cheaper and better ways of setting up of going about everything. Never been happier with a cellphone service as well as customer service. Great customer service! Would recommend seeing Jay whenever going to this store!

The worker I had (Alex) was super nice and really helpful, he helped us get better deals and did it in a timely manner will being funny as well. Even while working with us he was helping other coworkers and costumers, (He should get a raise!)

Amazing!!! Thanks to ALEX! He was so helpful, where as our experience in the valley store was not as great. We were not greeted as we entered. Then the manager wanted to know what we were there for and immediately told us the cost, and walked away. Either way we needed to be there as it was a family emergency to have us set up in Spokane (I live in Pullman-also amazing customer service, by Elaine and JD!). There was little that Emily at the valley store could do-since it was a unique situation. There was a thought of driving round trip Spokane/Pullman to get the service we needed. Emily was great at getting my Dad's phone set up. So we thought we would give the Airway Hgts. store an attempt (with our fingers crossed). Success!!! Alex was able to take care of all of our needs, with patience and added guidance. He went out of his way to help us. We couldn't be happier! I was able to stay close to family, during this time. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Thank you Alex!

The service I received today was outstanding, unlike other Verizon stores I have been in where I felt they left out details which I had to call customer service about, they were very transparent with everything. I was welcomed right away and assisted in a reasonable time. They helped me every step of the way for my new free upgraded phone!

The excellent service Alex and Garrett give you is the reason I've been coming to this store for almost 8 years. They take the time to make sure you get what you want and need with no high pressure sales. I've had a few issues over the years but they've always been able to take care of me.

Garett was awesome! I had just bought a phone at another store but noticed the transfer had stopped. He got me set up, and chatted with me while my phones were transferring (which I didn’t expect as it took about an hour). I really appreciated his help and friendliness. Alex, the store manager, also came by and chatted for awhile. 5 stars for service!

Jordan was so easy to work with and very helpful with getting me set back up after I lost my phone. 10/10 would recommend.

I was desperate to do something about my phone as it was giving me a message that there was a major problem. Alex helped alleviate my stress and did everything possible for me. My phone had fried and he took the time to work through every scenario. Ultimately, I did have to replace my phone but the fact that he didn't push us aside to help another customer made us feel as if we were his first priority.

This is a great store to do business with - it is all about customer service and that is exactly what we received. Thank you again Alex!

Alex helped me understand what the Verizon store in Cheney did not. Jay ordered my new phone for me and transferred all of my info and had me on my way with my new phone so quickly! Incredible service
