Super cool guys whenever you call, they know where everything is and just about any answer to a question you got, also the GameStop corporation isn't representative of the employees there, the employees are awesome and kind so I don't get why so many people have an issue with this GameStop

Jake (shake ‘n’ bake) was honestly one of the nicest and helpful person working there. He helped me with an adapter for my switch and was very informative and very cool. I would highly recommend getting help from him, as he well deliver and more!

Great service from the employee working at the location; helped me in choosing titles for my brand new console and gave brief descriptions of gameplay and stories of each. Whilst maintaining a great personality and great customer service throughout it all. Rarely ever leave reviews for businesses but was super pleased with this GameStop. Will be coming back again.

Zane was so fun and friendly! I loved how excited he was about the games and products he was showing me and helping me with. He made me excited with out making me feel pressured into buying something I didn't want or need. Even though this location is about 20 mins out of my way from work or home, I'll definitely be returning!

Great store clean but most importantly they have the most amazing and helpful informative staff I’ve ever met any were ! We were helped by Zane , Zane was amazing if I wouldn’t just give Zane 5 starts I give him 10!!!
We live 3 hours away out of town and there’s a game stop closer to us but I would gladly drive the distance to bring my business to Zane !!! This man deserves an employee appreciation day! :) he helped me my partner and our daughter ... go see Zane :)

We went in to see if they had consoles & was greeted by Zane. He was super nice & frazzled at the time about this Karen that was acting like a Karen. But was sucha personal interaction & thoroughly enjoyed it. They did have a xbox but was handed the wrong one but was super funny at the time because of the situation at the time, but was a super easy swap. 10/10 recommend Zane

The manager working there Zane, was amazing. Super friendly! Definitely recommend. It was clear that finding games that interested me was his priority.

We live in Lincoln county. When we are heading back, we like to stop at this GameStop location. Same route for many years.
The folks always greet you with a smile ( pre mask of course ). Great folks.

I’m a manager and understand how important customer service is, and Zanes customer service is above and beyond. His helpfulness, and passion is amazing. Amazing stuff :)

Juel or Joel I always mess up j names (sorry man) but this guy had taken time out of his day to help me out with a previous item I had purchased he was fast though he was dealing with customers he efficiently answered my questions both times I called and he had assisted me with information about my warranty because the product itself had stopped reading the hdmi cord nessacary to play games he told me where they had my replacement and helped me figure out my warranty information. Thanks to this awesome employee I can finally get this problem taken care of its people like him that change retail for the better

I cannot talk enough about how awesome this place is I really enjoy going there sometimes just to talk to the staff members. They feel more like friends than people who are trying to sell me games

Jacob and Avary are great store reps, They are always friendly and a great help and informative. They make every customer experience great whether I buy a game or not I always walk out more satisfied than when I came in.

The staff there isn't like the employees at every other game stop I've visited. They don't try to push pre-owned games or bug you to join their Pro Rewards membership. Very efficient staff

I bought a used copy of Pokemon White version here. Before leaving, I realized I should ask them to test the game on one of their systems. They did, and the save data was corrupted. They advised me to go to another location to trade it in for a working copy. Very helpful!

The employees here are very friendly and knowledgeable! This place does not live up to the GameStop stereotype at all. If you go to any GameStop in Spokane area, go to this one.

The associates here are great. Attentive and not afraid of humor. Store was neatly organized and nothing was hard to find.
