Burger Royal

Now THESE are Bacon Cheese Burgers. OMG. The smell in the car was all I could take. Upon arriving home we sat down with our milks, beer and wine and feasted on the menu items from a burger Royale: cheese burgers, fries, onion rings, and tater tots—all made to order and scrumptious. Thank you, to the very friendly staff at Burger Royal. Prompt and Delicious!!

While it doesn't look like much from the roadside, this establishment really hit me with a damn good burger. Got a double with bacon and ham (thrs special), and it kept together perfect. Not a napkin needed. Idk how, probably black magic. If it was enchanted, it didn't bother me one bit, I've always been okay with magically enhanced foods (MEFs)

This place is the best burger joint here in Spokane and I mean it! It is such a wonderful family operated place, I eat my lunch here almost everyday! The people are super nice, the food is amazing and hands down the best tarter sauce in town! If you haven't tried it out yet I suggest you stop by!

So good!! Classic, juicy burgers with all the fix-ins and tots. I haven't tried the shakes yet, but I'll be back. :)

Burger Royal has been around for years. One of those iconic Spokane hidden gems. Place is clean, staff great with smiles and helpfulness. Burger Royal is the place to go for "comfort & nostalgia." There is no indoor seating only outside, with picnic tables and an over hang. One walks up to the counter and orders. They do have a drive through for ordering. Orders are made up at the time you ask for them. This beats any chain restaurants that have their food made up and sitting under heat lamps to keep warm. 6/11/21 update. The Parking lot /drive through has been Paved!! This is a really good place to go for iconic American food. I highly recommend going there!

Hands down the best burger I've had in a long time.. I've tried a few of there menu items. Any of there burgers are fantastic with a nice smokey flavor.. The Giblets were a fantastic surprise and very addicting. I waited to write this review and I'm probably not doing it justice.. But not just the burgers or giblets are great, but the french fries are fresh and thick.. I'm not to hot on there dipping sauce, but that to me is just a personal preference. But the food I had was and is 5 star.. The owner was there and told me how his grandfather started the business.. obviously someone who cares about it..

I enjoyed the delicious double cheese burger and fries, which I must say is far better of a burger than any of the fast food burger joints in town. Excellent homemade quality food and friendly customer service made for a pleasurable visit here. I will definitely be back!

I'm ashamed to admit I've lived in Spokane for a decade, driven past this restaurant a thousand times and today was my first visit. I'm trying to support local. Best stromboli I've ever tried. The sauce is AMAZING. I will be back, this time for a whole stromboli to myself!! Great job guys.

Burger Royal is THE stop !!! This is a historical land mark in the growth of Spokane... Well as far as good family food is concerned. My Mom and Dad, Aunt and Uncle ate there back in the 60's. Spokane was a much smaller place back then and Liberty Lake was out in the sticks. I would gladly take my kids and grandkids there. The food is darn good, and great prices. It's truly easy to get to from the interstate. Traffic is not bad on Trent. If one is turning their road trip into a burger expedition this is definitely a must stop. Heck it's a drive in even. But if you simply want the best darn Italian sandwich EVER then you absolutely have to stop in and get Mike's STROMBOLI !!! My word that sandwich is amazing !! The customer service is great, and the food is created with love and heritage. I for one am so glad that I took the time out of my road trip to make this stop. Swing in to Burger Royal, order a stromboli and a RC cola poured from the tap and enjoy.

I've driven by this place for two years and finally stopped in today. I was beyond happy first bite in. Just great, greasy , non keto friendly gods great goodness nestled in between some french bread. If your hungry like John Goodman hungry, please treat yourself and stop on in. Damn good food

Really good tasting cheeseburgers. Everything about it tasted fresh, tomato, patties and a great bun. If you want a hot fresh burger that tastes homemade and doesn't cost $10+, check out Burger Royal.

I tend to look for the most run-down, trashy hole in the walls for food, because those are usually the best. This place rules. The cheeseburger was awesome, and the Stromboli was amazing. I’m comin’ back next time I’m in the area.

The owners were absolutely fantastic, as I've never been there before I got the history of the place.
Burgers were great and the fries are to die for.

I have to say consistently probably the best burger in SpokaneMy ex didn't eat hamburgers But she told me when I found the one Burger she needed to try She would try it..And Mike's Burger Royale Burger Was the one and she asked for a second bite! That was several years ago and well i stopped today and again amazing!!!

I wish I would have taken a picture before I inhaled the burger. The staff was so incredibly nice, we ordered giant cheese burgers with no buns...it was probably ly the best bunless burger I have had. Definitely will come back!!!

The decor of this place may not look much but don't let that deter you from coming here because the burgers and fries are really good and freshly made and it's very reasonably priced, also the people working there are really nice and make you feel right at home, too bad I don't live in Spokane because I would definitely come here at least once a week because the food is that good! Whatever you do please check out Mike's Burger Royal, you won't regret it!

Another interesting thing about Mike's is they serve RC Cola instead of Coke and Pepsi which I thought was quite interesting.

Lived in Spokane for most of my life and never tried this place, boy was that a mistake. We got enough food for two for $7 and a free shake upgrade. Food was great.

Fantastic food, reasonably priced (comparable to Zips down the road), better seasoning than a lot of burger joints :) AWESOME stromboli sandwich! A must try & great way to support local!

Seriously one of the best burger I’ve ever had! And the Stromboli is a new favorite for sure, don’t judge a book by its cover. This place is amazing.
