The customer service employees here are great. We have run into several issues with online orders. Each time Home Depots online orders have had issues, we have been taken care of by Dusty and Teressa. Dusty has gone above and beyond and we appreciate the customer service team at the Valley location!

Always find Home Depot stores to be clean & orderly. Employees are positive & helpful. Good parking accommodations for the hanicapped & Veteran parking available.

My absolute favorite store for tools. My girlfriend loves Home Depot as well for home improvements, gardening, seasonal decor and much more. Always friendly staff and the store is easily navigable.

Hello going to the Home Depot. It’s fun just to even walk all the isles and see all the different possibilities when can improve their home or business.
It’s definitely an educational journey. If you just take some time out, have your schedule and room the isles.
It’s not only educational, but an adventure, sometimes when you want to find something to search for it.
I love the staff at this Home Depot as they have always been very helpful in finding the correct isle of the item that I’m looking for.

We ordered a rolling tool chest on line which was delivered damaged. We sent it back but now the model of the original chest was out of stock. We made more attempts to get one but stymied on all sides BUT after contacting Lori In Customer Care at this store, we were refunded the amount we paid, and the delivery fee and she replaced the out of stock model with another of higher quality, AND... Had it delivered..,all in a day’s work for her but it meant so much to us! Lori is the BEST! We will continue being Home Depot customers due to her.

Danny at the Pro desk is always professional and always a big help. He helps us find tools and materials whenever we ask. Keep up the good work

Love the store and the service they have there. I love that they have qualified people who are experienced in their trade to help.

Always has what we need we usually kick our own buts for going to Lowe’s first, but it’s closer. We almost always come here afterward to get what we need lol.

Pretty easy to find whatever you want if you have the Home Depot app on your phone. Do a search and it gives you what aisle and bay to find it

My husband and I recently are new to the home renovation journey on our first home (we have made countless of trips to this location) and we have vague ideas on what we are doing. We made our first large lumber purchase and tried to fit 4 large boards in our car and it wouldn't fit. We came back in and Anthony in the lumber department was the MOST helpful person we met. He was completely willing to help us even though my husband and I (mainly me) are we unsure with our measurements. Anthony was patient and not only did he make cuts that help us with putting the lumber in our car, he did ALL of the big cuts we needed which was a HUGE HELP. Thank you Anthony. You really made my husband and I feel confident in our project. I will have to add photos once our bead board kitchen back splash project is finished!

Online I looked up online what I wanted and went right to the aisle and found it.
They got new signs in the parking lot for veteran parking. I appreciate that and you're honoring veterans.

There are 2 reviews on this store referencing the store not honoring a "veteran" discount. One of them even calls this store a Walmart?? This review should be removed. In either case, the reviewers are wrong. They do not know the company policy on military discounts. Up until January 2022, the Home Depot offered a "military" discount, not a "veteran" discount. There is a difference. The Home Depot now offers a veteran discount everyday, rather than just on Independence Day, Veterans Day, & Memorial Day. Active duty, retirees, their family members with a valid military ID, veterans with a service connected disability, were ALWAYS offered a military discount every day.
Teresa Gallagher and Markus C. should have their reviews on this matter removed as they are 100% inaccurate.

I want to give a big shout out to Kim in plumbing and showers. She showed me several options and stayed with me, when another rude customer demanded help. I wasn't in a hurry and had her help them and then purchased the shower doors I needed to go with the shower I had installed. Kim even got everything loaded and took me up to the register and set up an installer, even though she was done with her shift. Great Customer service from Kim!! Thank you! These rare people are why I go to Home Depot!!

Normal box store. About what u expect. Have just about everything. Staff is nice and helpful

The store was super busy. The parking lot was totally full but I was able to shop for easy I needed without delay and I checked out and paid in under 2 minutes! Doing a great job employees of Home Depot!

Went into the store about an hour or less before they closed and was looking for led bulbs and an exterior door knob. Couldn't remember where the lights were to save my life and for help. Also, an employee stopped and helped me decide on a good doorknob. Really helpful.
