I have to say, Phoenix Beauty Spa is hands down the best salon I have ever visited. The owner, Phoenix, is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and she was able to teach me a lot about my health. I primarily visited the salon for magnetic therapy, which was both relaxing and revitalizing. This therapy is definitely worthwhile.

It’s been almost a year since I’ve been going to Phoenix’s Beauty Spa to get facials, chemical peels and electrolysis done. When I tell you, I am beyond satisfied with the results after each visit. When I first started coming here, my skin was dehydrated and dull. Of course, Phoenix identified quickly what the problem was and fixed it (such a keen and knowledgeable esthetician ). Now, 9 months later, my skin is looking the best it has ever been in my 21 years; absolutely hydrated and bright. I can guarantee you too will love the services and her hospitality.

After receiving electrolysis treatments from several professionals in the Spokane area, I feel incredibly lucky to have found Phoenix beauty spa hidden away in Spokane Valley. The updated equipment and dedication to service has made such a noticeable difference in my results. I am seeing large areas of smooth skin emerge after each treatment I receive. Kind, compassionate and completely private sessions create the ultimate environment for a level of comfort you will love. I look forward to going every week.

I have been going to Phoenix for electrolysis for a little over three months and she is just the nicest person. I was super nervous when I first went and she made me feel so much better with all of the information about what was to be expected with my treatments. She is very knowledgeable about what she is doing. She treats her clients like family and she very accommodating. Overall I have had nothing but a great experience with her and I highly recommend her services!

Phoenix is AMAZING! I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to treat themselves to some relaxing skin treatments. I have had both electrolysis and a facial done here and can't say enough good things about the level of service here. From the moment you step in, you feel welcomed and relaxed. She treats her clients like friends and makes you feel beautiful instead of pointing out every issue your skin might have (like many aestheticians do). She doesn't push for sales of unnecessary products, rather suggests things that actually make a difference and help you achieve your skin goals. I have several more electrolysis sessions to do, but can say that she works hard to make sure you're comfortable during the entire session. I'm a huge fan of Phoenix Beauty Spa and a forever customer!

Phoenix is amazing! She got me my sister in for her appointment the same week which was beneficial for me because my schedule tends to change last minute. She was so kind and professional that it made the experience even better and comfortable. Her station was clean and organized and my sister loved all the products that she had used proficiently. Also, she introduced us some products that she throughly explained the benefits of using. They worked amazing for our skin! Overall my sister and Is experience was amazing for sure coming back!! I have been going to Phoenix to receive electrolysis treatments for three months now. She is very thorough and makes sure she takes her time to do the procedure to a very high degree of professionalism as an esthetician. To add to this she is also very friendly and personable. She is so easy to hold a conversation with and the atmosphere in her clinic is so relaxing.

All around Phoenix does a great job! Each time I leave for clinic very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Phoenix for anyone looking for electrolysis treatments.

Phoenix is one of the sweetest, most kind people you will ever meet and she is skilled at what she does! I got a facial earlier this week and I still feel glowy and refreshed. She takes a process that is often clinical and makes it feel very very personal; she was so attentive to me and invested in doing what it takes to repair my damaged barrier and reduce my redness. I went to Phoenix for a massage and a facial. She was very professional. Was probably one of the best massages I've ever had! She mixes several styles to form her own interesting massage techniques. My facial left my skin absolutely glowing. She took her time and didn't rush. She is absolutely amazing!

I got a 90 minute facial yesterday and ended up buying a three pack. Phoenix took a lot of time with me on the intake to assess my needs and it was a really lovely facial. She definitely doesn't skimp on the products! The extractions were painless for my first time because of prep and I ended up buying some of her products. She gave me a lot of useful information for taking care of my skin. I really never have and I'm 45 and need to now for hormonal acne and aging. Very knowledgeable and kind. She takes time to thoroughly understand an individual customers needs. Loved the heated bed!!

Phoenix is an excellent technician. She has performed facials and a chemical peel. Phoenix is very conscientious about making sure the client gets their goals addressed during the procedure. I am pleased with my results and feel my skin looks brighter and firmer. I highly recommend Phoenix and her services.

Phoenix is hands down the BEST and most knowledgeable skin care provider in the inland NW. This last weekend with friends and family stated my skin has never looked better. It feels great too. Thank you Phoenix! I have also had several deep tissue massage treatments from Phoenix and always feel much better with aches and pains melting away. Phoenix is absolutely multi-talented. So grateful.

Phoenix gives amazing massages. I have been getting massages for years and have never had any masseuse as good as her. She is also very nice and caring and makes sure your comfortable and have everything you need during your massage with her. I have chronic neck and back pain and within a few sessions with Phoenix I have been able to get back to my daily routine. If you are looking for someone to help you with a problem with your body or just a relaxation massage she is the masseuse for the job.

Massage @ Phoenix Beauty Spa made my month. Getting back on her schedule made my year! She is so in tune with the body, has an array of skills in her toolbox that all catered to exactly what my body needed. I can be very guarded in my thoracic spine, and she was able to adjust to accommodate and work through that protective reflex until my body was ready to relax into her hands. 11/10 recommend. She is absolutely wonderful

I enjoy seeing Phoenix for my facials so much! When she learned about my skin condition of rosacea, she immediately did some research and found clean, non-toxic products that would not aggravate my skin or cause the rosacea to flare up. She is kind and open, and always willing to share her thoughts on different ways to keep my skin healthy in-between appointments. Phoenix also gives an amazing little massage during the 90-minute facials. Every time I leave an appointment with her, my skin is soft, moisturized and glowing! If you are looking for someone who will specifically listen to your skincare needs and adapt the facial process to enhance your skin, Phoenix is the person for you!

Phoenix is absolutely amazing. Definitely the best massage I've had in the Coeur d'alene and Spokane areas. Her massages use blends of styles such as thai swedish and I believe tui na among probalby others which is perfect. Also her personality is just as good as her massages and is always a pleasure to converse with. Can't recommend enough! I'm posting this update for her new location 2 years later and I still stand by it and I haven't gone to another massage therapist since.
