I 100% believe that she exemplifies the true effort of what customer services and what other places of business are lacking completely. She goes above and beyond to make sure that there is a relationship before the sale and to place value. This is highly important and I know we continue the success of this location and the brand.

Upon walking through the door, Jaelene explained how the various brands of boots worked, where they were at on the wall and then walked over with me and was telling me all about the different models. She spent a good while with me and must have brought out 4 or 5 pairs for me to try on. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and felt like I was in good knowledgable hands with Jaelene.

She definitely knows a lot about the product and was very helpful in me making the choice to buy a pair of Red Wing boots.

I'm still working on breaking the boots in and making sure they are the right boot for me, but I wanted to do this review so I could thank Jaelene once more for all the information she provided and the positive experience I had at Red Wing thanks to her and the other staff at the store.

I've worn RW boots for the last ten years. I think I have purchased all pairs here except for one, online. I really like this store, and I love their product, inserts, boots, leather care, belts, wallets, beanies, etc. This time they had a 3D scanner and imaged my feet for the custom insoles. Now my old boots feel great again and my new boots will look nice longer.
The service here is first class, always recommend, Always coming back.

Shanti went above and beyond to help fit me for some work/causal boots. She recommended the king toe, and I am very happy with them! She was very knowledgeable and patient with me through this process, 10 stars!

Had a great experience with Manny! went there to fix my boots ended up got a new same one with the 6 months warranty they have. Manny definitely knows Red Wing products and explain everything very thorough, he has passion for helping people!

Hands down one of the best experiences we've have had at a store. It was our first time getting work boots and not sure what to expect. Xavier exceeded all of my expectations. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. We never once felt rushed or pressured by him. We will definitely be coming back to this store only and recommending this store to all of our friends amd family because of experience there today.

The best Red Wing store in Colorado! Store is spacious and not cramped like many other locations. Xavier is the man, he is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond helping his clients find boots. If you are looking to buy Red Wings in Colorado, take the time to go see Xavier you will not regret it.

I recently moved back to Colorado and was in need of work boots. I spent two weeks running around looking for the perfect boot, fit and style. I found many boots that had the style but good god non of them fit. I had Carhart steel toes for two years and have HUGE quads because of how heavy they were, JK about the quads. damn they were heavy. I walked into this red wing store and was immediately helped. Talked to Manny ( That was the name on my receipt, friendly black dude. I only say this cause it may have been his managers name on the receipt. either way he was amazing!) He was friendly as could be and I was measured with a brannock device. My foot hasn't been measured in a shoe store since I was 10! (plot twist, I was a professional ski boot fitter for ten years, so I know how to use a brannock device, he passed with 10 gold stars.) so what Manny did was amazing. He measured not only my foot length but my width and offered options! Yes, OPTIONS, IN THE SAME SIZE. and to my surprise the boots were surprisingly comfortable. Needless to say I'm so happy. great store with great boots. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Customer service at this store is exceptional. I bought a pair of 875’s from this store about 2 years ago. They are the first pair of lace-up Red Wings I have ever purchased. They hurt my feet terribly, so I rarely wore them. I’d wear them occasionally hoping that they would eventually, finally, break in and become as comfortable as my previous pairs of Red Wings have been. I didn’t return them because i felt that they simply weren’t a good fit for me, which would not be a valid reason for a warranty claim. When the boots were just a few months old I took them to a cobbler in Parker who tried to resolve the issue, but he was unsuccessful. Finally, last week in a last-ditch effort to make these expensive boots fit, I took them into the Red Wing store and explained the issue. The manager sent my boots to the cobbler that they use, and he was able to fix the issue. My 875’s are finally the boots I’d hoped they would be...an instant improvement. When I went to pick up my boots, I was told that I didn’t owe anything. The manager told me that he felt a responsibility to resolve the issue. He understood that one bad experience can cost him a customer. As long as I wear Red Wig boots, I’ll be buying them from this store.

Shane took great care of me, I bought my second pair of boots from this store. This time I took an extra long time because I wanted my new Heritage boots to be the perfect lasting fit. Can’t thank you guys enough for being patient with me. The store gets busy around lunch, i’d recommend an off time.

Amazingly professional, store was very clean and they look like they take pride in keeping it that way. Becca took the time to properly measure my feet (both with the old school foot measure thingy and the digital one. She fitted me for orthotics before suggesting half a dozen shoes the could work for me. Becca was extremely patient, and fun to talk to, as I went through and tried on multiple pairs for both work and home.

I bought a pair of Vasque hiking boots from Red Wing 6 1/2 years ago. They finally wore out. Bought a new pair and am looking forward to years of use. The help at the store in Line Tree was superb, as was the service in Thornton. Quality products and good customer service.

Nothing needs to be said about the quality of the shoes they provide here. We all know how great they are. What you don't know, is how great April and her team are. They are incredible at what they do. So nice, and so helpful. I'll be telling everyone to go here to see them. They are the best!

Everyone who works at this store is very helpful and friendly. I come here to buy my boots every couple of years. And I'm in every fue months to get my free oiling or laces. Always great service. Just don't bring a dirty pair of boots this location doesn't have a place to wash them.

Purchased my first pair of Red Wings and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff helped size me up and were extremely patient as I was deciding. Will definitely be returning for another pair in the future.
