Gold Seal Plumbing

I have used Gold Seal in the past and was very pleased. This time, because this was a large dollar project for me, I received three quotes to replace my two hot water heaters. All three quotes were within about one percent of each other. Gold Seal delivered what was to be expected. They were price competitive, on time, very professional, and did excellent work. They will continue to be my contractor of choice for any of my future plumbing needs.

First time I’ve ever had to call a plumber, and I’ve got to say the experience was great. Dawson was the guy who came out to my house and from the very beginning he was friendly, informative, willing to answer my questions, and very efficient. He fixed my drain, explained how to perform preventative maintenance, and replaced a garbage disposal. The cost was higher than I expected, but as the saying goes, “Skilled labor isn’t cheap, and cheap labor isn’t skilled”.

Steven and Dillon did an excellent job. They were friendly and professional and kept me informed throughout the process. They also made sure to use more long-lasting parts than the previous plumbing company installed.

Gold Seal Plumbing was the best experience I could have imagined. They came out right away to take a look at the needed work on both sides of a duplex. I was having painting done and working on getting flooring. Steven knew I needed to juggle the work without me saying anything. He rescheduled his work and came out the next day with James and replaced hot water heater, added earthquake straps, took out toilets, replaced three sinks, disposal, fixed two showers and more. They were fast, polite, friendly, the best. I will recommend them to my friends and I will use Gold Seal Plumbing always. Thank you!

Steven M and Dylan did a superb job writing and reviewing water heater options for our home. Steven promptly answered our later questions over the phone. Once we made a decision, the installation was quickly scheduled. It was nice to have Steven and Dylan back to install the water heater. I highly recommend Gold Seal Plumbing.

Bob and Stan from Gold Seal plumbing spent most of this afternoon fixing a drippy faucet in my bathroom. The faucet was uncooperative but they worked diligently to correct the problem as well as taking about my water heater and need for a filtration system. I was very favorably impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. In addition they were very personable, friendly and easy to have in my home. I’m very happy with their work and glad I choose this company for my needs.

Gold Seal responded quickly to my request for non-emergency plumbing assistance. Technicians Travis and Randy arrived on-time as scheduled and quickly repaired a bathroom water line issue. They also recommended testing the water pressure coming into the house (which was well above normal standards), and they recommended installing a pressure valve to correct the pressure issue. It was installed and now water pressure into our house is correct and will better serve our water supply needs, and our water-use appliances. Great work Travis and Randy!

Dawson and Jamison were excellent. They called to confirm arrival time (as scheduled), talked through the work needed, and updated us as each element of the work was completed. Very easy to work with and highly professional.

I had a water emergency today and I called Gold Seal Plumbing, who has helped me in the past. Taylor and Chris were dispatched to our home, and they arrived within 20 minutes. They were so thorough and kept me in the loop regarding what was found and what needed to be done. The work was not going to be a quick fix. Taylor took pictures of the leaks and explained what was required to fix, and in my case, also to correct the existing pipes where the leaks were. I had already gone into the crawl space and found the areas where the leaks were before I called Gold Seal Plumbing. I was given a couple different solutions and the final decision was mine.

My home was left in excellent condition. I am very pleased.

Ben and Stan were professional and personable. They analyzed the problem quickly and made the needed repair right away. I appreciated their great attitude as they did their work at a very late hour during a time of heavy volume due to extremely cold weather.
