As I grow older there are several areas of my health that I am concerned about and today was my check-up. All my worries were addressed carefully by Christine, with great respect for my feelings and considerations. The office staff is easy to work with and very friendly as well. Tonight I'm feeling relieved and happy that I am in such good hands with this group of professionals. ♥ Lillie

My experience here has been very positive, the staff supported me emotionally during a health challenge and it was easy to schedule an appointment

Seriously forget this place.
My husband has a hernia, and this place knows it too.
All he wanted to do, is get it fixed and these guys keep leading him on to bariatric surgery because he is overweight. The idea scared him so much, he quit going. Because you guys kept putting in his head that this is the only way.(Probably all they care about is money)
Now his condition has worsened, and they're telling him over a month to get in.. WHAT IF HE DOESN'T HAVE THAT MUCH TIME
Plus it's bad enough the doc doesn't want to respond to him

Have been here for a couple years and initially it was good when Rose was there. It’s gone down hill very fast. The last experience did it for me. Went in for an urgent matter- they didn’t follow through with my needed referral and communication (phone lines was a nightmare). When I arrived in person and brought these matters to light (how their phone lines say office is closed at normal business hour times) I was met with rudeness by the apparent owner. Who then I think quickly realized how rude he was getting and changed his tone to apologetic. I feel bad for the front desk worker who the owner snapped at saying “I wasn’t asking you, I was asking her” rudely to me. The whole two week situation has been time consuming and uncalled for and the owner didn’t handle the situation well. Find another doctor- not to mention the dr rotations I’ve had of doctors who are working there- it’s been different almost every time.

On 12/15/22 I had a medical appointment at Indian Peaks Medical Group. Because of my extremely high blood pressure I was immediately referred to the nearest emergency room for treatment. Before I left I set up another appointment with Christine, because I felt she was going to be able to help me long term with my arthritis and high blood pressure. Unfortunately, the next appointment was set for 2 pm, December 22nd. The 22nd turned out to be the second coldest day in Denver weather history. Most of the city was shut down.
I called their office at 9am and left a message, asking if they were going to be open that day. I called again at 10 am and still there was no answer. I thought, ok they are closed. I will call again in the morning.
At 1:15pm Kathy from Indian Peaks called me to confirm my appointment for that day. I explained that even in good weather, it was a 1 hour drive one way, for me to get there and I was not going to be able to make it.
Kathy immediately went into attack mode. Calling me names and issuing insults. I finally got to ask a question about when she got to her office, of course she would not answer me.
This was not the first time Kathy had unloaded on me. In person, in the medical office where there are witnesses, she is as kind as can be. Over the phone she is a pycho. All I wanted to do was schedule another appointment, but she was not having it.
The other two reviews on this site say similar things. The one that speaks fondly of Kathy must have taken place among witnesses. Or Kathy was out of the office that day.
Good luck to you if you choose to go there. Christine can probably help you, it just will not be easy.

Where to start, this was a very disappointing office. The front desk people were not very helpful and unfriendly, hardly ever had time to talk to me and if I got them on the phone would try to hang up with me as quickly as possible without asking if I had more questions. Scheduling time with the doctor was difficult and I was waiting for 3 weeks to get the results from my MRI. In fact I'm not even sure it was a doctor I was dealing with or just a nurse practitioner it was very unclear I only got her first name which was Rose. This office seems overbooked and understaffed and the staff that they have is not very good. I also noticed staff not wearing masks several times. Stay away.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never had a worse customer experience in my life. The staff has limited social skills and no customer service skills. The only reason I showed up for my three appointments was because it was the closest pulmonologist (1hr away) and I had already invested so much time and money by the third attempt and couldn’t afford to start over somewhere else. The first time I showed up for my appointment, the medical assistant was out, so the admin staff completed the assessments and helped the doctor with an EKG. It took a few tries to get it right. The second time, I was seated in exam room 1 for 20 minutes and then transferred to room 2 where I waited 45 minutes without anyone checking in with me. There was only one other patient in the place. I decided to ask the medical assistant (she was actually there that day) if I would still be seen, and she avoided eye contact and acted as if I was not standing in front of her until I said “excuse me” and asked my question. She said yes and continued typing on her computer. When the NP saw me 15 minutes later, she restated what she stated at the last appointment, confirmed she wanted to procede with two prescriptions, and I was out in ten minutes. The process of contacting staff to have the right prescriptions sent to the right pharmacy was a nightmare (through several phone calls, emails, and voicemails unreturned). When I did speak with a staff members, they consistently discontinued the call quickly without hearing what else I had to say. Now I am attempting to have the prescriptions refilled and they are similarly unable to get in contact or follow through. I won’t be surprised if I never hear from them again and they pretend I am no longer a patient. I am amazed at how difficult the process has been. There is no work ethic in this office.

This place was like stepping back into 1992. I don’t even want to get into it. The other reviews cover it. It was awful.
