Oakley Store

I brought my prescription in and found a set of sunglasses that I liked. I took them a couple of weeks ago to special order them, but the optics are absolutely insanely good. They didn’t take VSP as the time but I was able to take my receipt and get partially reimbursed for the cost.

I have purchased many pairs of glasses and sunglasses from several optical stores and Drew (Store Manager), of the SouthPark Mall Oakley Store, provided the BEST Customer Service, that I have ever experienced. He is a True Professional, Respectful, Extremely Patient, Knowledgeable, Competent and Efficient. No other has came close. Way Beyond my Expectations. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! Thank You, Sincerely!!!

Nice store, helpful staff, great service from Drew, on a glasses frame, and prescription lens order. Also scored a really nice down puffer jacket, at 50% off, while I was there, during their post-Christmas clearance sale.

The two gentlemen who diagnosed the lenses on my older pair of Oakleys and assisted me with replacement glass were exceptional examples of superior customer service. Their product knowledge exemplifies the Oakley brand and I am a satisfied customer!

Great guys. I observed them both take care of a customer in a way they probably didn’t have to considering the condition of the return, and they also made my 8 year-old feel cool picking our glasses for school. Will be back.

Just bought two new pairs of Oakleys to replace one i lost. I was planning to only get one pair, but after speaking to the awesome employees and hearing about the promotion they are running i couldn't resist myself.

The service consultant Ben was the best! I have been getting Oakley for my job in the military for 12 plus years. People like Ben is why I stay loyal to a store or Brand. Ben was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my family and definitely made the experience a 10/10. Go in and ask for Ben you won’t be disappointed.

I've previously used prescription cycling glasses. I recently had cataract surgery and needed non prescription but high quality glasses. The sales person listened to my concerns and was able to match me with an excellent pair of glasses. Very helpful and I was pleased with service!

Super awesome experience. The guy who helped me was super nice. Was able to allow me to try on different pairs to make sure I found the exact match and fit I wanted. Great checkout experience. Super fast. They let me look over my glasses before I purchased to make sure there were no defects from the factory. Would recommend

Had a really good experience at this store. Allie was was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my prescription lenses. I purchased glasses years ago from this same store and its really nice to know the high level of service and products are still there. Other stores in Park Meadows have seam to lost this over the COVID times. Thanks Allie and Oakley!

Bought 2 sets of prescription glasses there. Came in 2 times to look at options, pricing, etc. Levi was phenomenal and a huge help. Really spent the time to answer my questions, walk me through the process and took the time to understand my needs and get the orders placed. I'm very happy with the whole process and the service from everyone at the store.

I went into the store to look for a specific color and style of glasses. Before I went there I went to other sunglass stores, and they told me it would take two weeks to get my glasses back. At the Oakley store it took 5 minutes to customize the perfect set of sunglasses and they are exactly what I was looking for. If I could give 10 Stars I would.
