Salon is a great place. I needed a haircut and beard trim, and I have always been hesitant for new people to do that. I was originally going to have Angela do my hair. She convinced me to have Heather cut my hair and trim my beard and let me tell Heather did an amazing and now every time I need a haircut and beard trim I always see Heather. She is great!!! Heather and all the salon employees always recommend great hair and beard products as well. Keep up the good work, salon!!!!

I haven’t been to a JCPenny in years, but I was blown away by the customer service AND the pricing. Each of these exceeded my expectations! I walked into the store and the first employee proactively asked me if he could help me find what I needed. He was knowledgeable and kind. I spoke with two additional folks at the cash registers - each amazingly kind as well. They were also effective and extraordinarily helpful in my shopping. Truly, I cannot believe the store has this many exceptional people working for them when it is so hard for other employers, to find good, reliable workers. Good for you, JCPenney!! And then the pricing was better than online and competitors! Debbie was the gal that helped me with a curtain rod selection. Unfortunately I did not catch the names of the other folks.

I had not been to this store in a while. My daughter and grand daughter were here visiting and wanted to look for my grand daughter some school clothes. The customer service was great. As soon as we came up the escalator, we were asked if we needed assistance because we were looking around to figure out which way to the children's clothes. We were able to find several outfits for my grand daughter before they went back to Georgia and I was able to use the 50%coupon for an extra discount. I'd definitely recommend this location.

I swear to you, one of my best friends has a secret love affair with this place and I never understood why until now. The quality for the prices and the dynamic staff are an experience. Not to mention, its a legit department store and in our instant gratification world, it's rare to walk 3 levels of the same freaking place. We went to the men's section because he is a he and also men's clothes are just better, generally. I found an outstanding blazer on massive sale, a ridiculous shirt (which I definitely bought) and some obnoxiously bright pants to complement my new shirt. I've always wanted a blazer and he found multiple items that he makes look fabulous. Yes, they are q little more expensive but if you're willing to shop the rack and go with a dear friend, it's great fun. There were two employees that were polar opposite which only made it more entertaining because one lady was the most stern woman I've ever seen and the other girl thought I was hilarious. It seemed like her first job and she handled customer complaints beautifully, even though we stood in line forever behind the angry customer but she left happy, and so did we!

Really love the selection of dress clothes in the Mens Department. It beats Kohls and Macy’s on quality and price any day. Overall a good bang for your buck with the JF Ferrar and Stafford brands. I always get outstanding service from Samantha, Marcus, Linda G. and manager Katie every time!! This JCPenney location is one of my favorite places to shop!

Great for holiday shopping!!

Not many JC Penney stores left! This is a good one. Good selection of clothing for kids. Nice selection of window treatments.

Marcus was fantastic at the customer service desk. Genuinely happy to work with her customers and was so polite. He thanked us for coming in. A true gem.

Heather is a master at how to make you feel.
And look.
She is wonderful.
I found my hair stylistic favorite person.

Several employees welcomed me to the store. I purchased a watch and the associate was super helpful. I would definitely return to this JC Penneys!

This is s good time to enjoy some great deals. While the selection is dwindling, there's still plenty to choose from. The store & dressing rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful.

JCPenney is perfect for photos and eye glasses. The photos are perfect. Eye glasses are excellent.

Love the Ana brand clothes and that they have petites!

I went shopping for a gift. The sales person was extremely helpful in serving me. I was very pleased with her patience and warm reception. After shopping for a bit I end up purchasing some jewelery. I was also very pleased with my purchase and at a extremely good price. My hat is off to you Jcpenney. Keep up the good work! Customer service, good selection, & good price is very important.

The Appliance representatives Dave & Darren wonderful! No hard sale at all! Very knowledgeable about the products. Loved that they gave maintenance tips. They were very patient as I would come back & forth to the store after checking out other stores. They're demeanor & interaction with me helped me feel confident about my purchase.

They had just the right shoes to go with my dress and they were on sale for 70% off! I really like shopping at JCPenney, there's always a great selection of what you're looking for.

Amanda in the mattress department was amazing! She took the time to answer all of my questions and to help us find the mattress we were looking for. It was not available on the showroom floor unfortunately, but she was still able to get it for us. I highly recommend coming here and using her for any of your mattress needs.

This 5* is specially for Mary one of the senior staff/employee.
She helped me to track my transaction without my receipt and no history was shown by the barcode scanner for the product I purchased on thanks giving.
I really appreciate her because she went to the office room and searched all the transactions on that day between timings I mentioned for that purchase for almost close to 15mins.
There were two other employees, I am sure they know this procedure but they were never trying to help me to return one of the 9 products I purchased on that day.

The prices are also really affordable always
