Shannon is a great sales consultant! I was looking for a very specific set of stackable rings. She helped me over a period of several months, including researching custom options. She was very patient and I felt valued as a customer even though my purchase was modestly priced. I was finally able to buy exactly what I wanted and am thrilled with my purchase. I have made other purchases in this store and always experienced excellent customer service!

Love love this place and all the great deals they have to upgrade your ring to something bigger or better value! Shannon is the best she’s help me and my husband with upgrading our wedding rings!! My Husband got me a diamond bracelet from here in December for my Birthday. I went in in February because I lost one of the diamonds. My husband told me he bought the insurance so to take it in to get fixed. I assumed I would take it in, leave it for a week or so when a new diamond was placed in the missing spot. To my surprise I walked out with a brand new bracelet in less than 5 minutes. The insurance was 1000% worth it that level of customer experience will keep my husband and I coming back for years to come. Completely unexpected and really was nice not to have to jump through hoops to use an insurance. That’s not always the case.

First off, I want to give a shout-out to Chris R.! He was amazing with helping find our wedding rings and being patient with my fiancé and I, as it was our first purchase with Helzberg Diamonds. I couldn’t imagine going to any other jeweler after our experience. Super down to earth and wasn’t pushing the sale, he was making sure we were happy with what we got. Secondly, all the products they have to offer was outstanding and good prices and great quality. It was love at first sight when my fiancé seen her ring, but I had troubles figuring out what I wanted and Chris was there to help me figure out what would be the best fit. All in all a great place. Everybody was friendly and welcoming and I am excited to continue my business with them! Thanks again Chris, you were outstanding!😃

I lost a diamond in my wedding ring and brought it in to be looked at and fixed. Kathy was incredibly helpful and walked me through the whole process and also educated me on the warranty and paperwork needed, to ensure that I can always have my ring covered. So thankful!!
