UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital

We used UCHealth Highlands Ranch for the birth of our son and were very thankful of the experience we had there. Everyone supported us and we felt cared for throughout the entire period we were there. Leslie & Jen were supportive and wonderful labor & delivery nurses, Christine & Julie gave us peace and comfort while our baby was in the NICU, and Deni & Alexa & Sarah & Sidney took great care of us postpartum. Highly recommend considering this hospital for your birth.

The experience I had here was amazing. The staff are all so friendly & the nurses are very compassionate.
I have to give major props to the chef in the cafeteria! My dinner was amazing & looked like a 5 star meal!

The care I received here was first class. The doctors were able to quickly determine what was wrong with me. All staff from the moment I arrived to the time of discharge were so knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. I hope not to need a hospital in the future, but if I do, I know where I will be going as well as where I will take my family.

Wonderful! Took a family member to the ER here twice recently, received quick, excellent care both times. The doctors, nurses and techs were all very compassionate and took the time to sit down and explain things to us. Very happy with the level of care here! Thank you so much!

My wife had a total reverse shoulder replacement and the care she received pre and post-op was OUTSTANDING. The Surgical Recovery Team was very attentive and we were both VERY impressed. Thank you folks for your caring service.

We just had a baby at this hospital two hours ago and have been incredibly impressed by the nurses here. Each one was attentive and personable, they listened to our wants and needs every step of the way, never pushed us into taking a medication or doing something we didn't want to do, and were incredibly patient even though it took almost two days from inducing to birth. In addition to the great staff, the rooms are large with nice tubs where the mom to be can relax. They even brought in floating candles and a scented diffuser. Really can't imagine a better place to have a baby.

We unfortunately needed ER care that resulted in hospital stay recently and everyone at UC Health Highlands Ranch was very nice and as attentive as they could be. The facilities were being kept very clean. We won't hesitate to go there again if need be.

Went to the ER with severe abdominal pain, was seen immediately and given great, thorough care. Nurses and doctor were kind and helpful, and the CT and ultrasound techs were amazing! They explained everything in a way I could understand and gave me the chance to ask questions. I was diagnosed, treated and discharged within 4 hours, and given detailed information on condition management.

Shout out to all the staffs that works in here most especially nurse Kristin. R she attended to my 4y/o on Christmas. The hospitality was amazing.

All the staff in the ER at this hospital are extremely professional, kind, courteous, and highly effective. I came in several times for sleep apnea related disturbances at night and they were more than accommodating - answering all my questions and even offering to do additional evaluations on me to assuage my fears, even if a lot of my symptoms ended up being more related to anxiety than actual medical emergencies. All the lab results that were ordered for me were also instantly available on their portal and made it super easy to see them during and after my visit. In my opinion, this is how all healthcare practitioners should strive to treat their patients. I'll definitely be recommending this hospital to any and all of my friends and family in the future.

I had a colonoscopy at this location on December 6th 2023, Dr. Mun and he had great bedside manner and explained everything in detail. Elizabeth, Lauren ,Garrett , Dr.Daly, and Julie Megan for a great job and awesome smiles and treating me as family. Thanks for all you do. Many blessings.

Was there again on 12/23 in the ER great and kind hearted staff I can in via ambulance and has no jacket and gave me 2 blankets and made sure I was warm while waiting on my ride. Thank you

While no one likes to end up in the hospital, sometimes it is necessary and has to be done. I had a great experience tonight on 3/30 in the emergency department. Everyone from the security guards, to the admissions staff, to the nurses, radiology techs, and doctors I was treated with such great kindness by everyone and I felt like I was truly listened to. My nurse was making me laugh and trying to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The facility is also very clean! They got me back into a room fairly quickly, and did their best to run labs and scans as fast as they could. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and the care that I received and would chose to come to this hospital again if a visit is warranted. Super impressed with an experience in the ER this evening. The wait was under 5 minutes to get seen. Both nurses were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Lab tests from blood draw took barely an hour. Results popped up on my phone app and before I could finish reading them the ER doc arrived to explain the results and recommend next steps. I arrived at 6:15 and was out the door in under 2 hours.

It was the best ER I’ve ever been to they got right on it. They did a CT scan. They’re very thorough and they did it promptly. I wasn’t in there all night.

If you have cancer and you're going anywhere other than UCHealth, you're going to the wrong place. Exhaustive health records are available through the website and phone app. Somehow or another some prescriptions that I received from doctors in private practice appear automatically on my current list of drugs at UCHealth. Post-visit notes and visit summary are posted to the portal very shortly after most visits, or overnight.

They were so amazing in the ICU. And they had good ice when the machine worked lol. Thank you all for helping me during this time. I'm at rehab. It's going great and they have the good ice too. Thank you to Katie for staying with me Tuesday to make sure I didn't have another stroke.

Best care I’ve ever had in a hospital. Kind, professional and competent staff. Great listeners. They bent over backwards to make my stay comfortable. I’m highly impressed!

I was visiting friends in Denver and came down with pneumonia. This was a major matter as I am 75 and have COPD. I have NEVER received the quality of care that this hospital provided. The staff is exceptional, from the doctors through the aides and all in between. If you're in the area of Denver and have a choice, go there.

If you are looking for even reasonably edible food, might as well bring your own or order delivery.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not for the lack on trying on the hospitality / kitchen staff at all, they are wonderful. But the food system supplied to the staff is abysmal.

When the hospital first opened the food was something to be experienced! After the decision to change suppliers (I’m assuming) is when things went downhill.

Nonetheless, thank you to all the staff that brought me back to life yet again. You are all amazing people and very much appreciated!

Here’s to hoping I don’t have to come back anytime soon!

The labor and delivery nurses were absolute angels. It took me 7 months to write this review and I still had to do it. They made my birth an absolute dream I didn't even want to leave the hospital. Please any director look up all my nurses and recognize them!!!! Absolute angels!!! I will only give birth at this hospital
