Came for some prints I ordered. Initially they got messed up due to a sizing error and then their printer kept skipping and leaving ink streaks. Not only did Carolina help me get new ones printed, but she called another location to help get the ones she couldn’t. Things happen that are beyond our control but she really went above and beyond to get my prints to me!

I sent 200 photos to this Walgreens’ photo center early this morning and they were printed and ready right on time. I had several different sizes printed and everything looks great.

Had a wonderful experience tonight with Charlie, Emily and Juan. I requested a printed receipt when I already had one emailed and I know that sounds like a small thing but they bent over backward to help me. Truly so appreciative!!

This location was easy to work with. The only thing I’ve noticed with online pharmacy appointments in general, is they do not look ahead to see what you signed up for (vaccines) and then they need to order it and your appt gets moved to a different day. That however is my only wondering. The team at this location is considerate and professional. My paperwork was handled quickly and my vaccine was completed kindly and with a short wait. I do recommend this location!

It's Walgreens who checks with Google before they go to Walgreens. If you check Walgreens pharmacy they have a lower Google rating than the Denver jail. That being said you get what you expect to get at Walgreens drugs medical related supplies some miscellaneous household items all overpriced.

Understocked to begin the day. Staff seems disinterested in assisting customers. Pharmacy holding up their end though. Working hard and busy

Understaffed

I’m in town visiting And. I would just say that I wouldn’t use this Walgreens if I lived here.

I ordered several picture books from this location. The photos were extremely poor quality and in most individuals looked like they were photoshopped into the image. I'll never order another picture book from Walgreens. In addition, the machine was broken for a significant period of time. Seems as though the quality of their work has declined. Although the overall experience was bad, I sincerely appreciate the manager for giving me a discount on all items and apologizing for the significant delay.

The pharmacy hung up on me instead of answering my call 3 times. Then the store had me on home for an hour before I finally gave up and made time to go to the store and order my refill in person. You better believe I'm going to speak to a manager when I get there! I get that they may be busy, but don't hang up on someone, put them on hold, or explain to them you haven't ignored them and you will be with them shortly. Terrible customer service!

They are slow in filling scripts, not enough staff and they do try but being overworked and understaffed is frustrating to customers.
