Rental process was quick and easy through their website! Easy pickup and great & friendly staff! I loved the early pick up option. Drop off was simple! The employees at the store both times were attentive and friendly -- shoutout to Allison for helping us out with our own snowboard boot that had increased in size through use over the years! I will definitely rent from here again for our next trip!

Had a great experience renting from this location! Friendly, fast & patient service. After one day on the slopes my boyfriend decided his boots were a bit too small, and we were able to get a different pair from the Christy location in Avon with no issues or extra charge to us. We were able to return both pairs at this location, which made for an easy end to our trip. Would rent from them again!

I received the really great customer service and found the store to be really nicely organized and they had everything I was looking for. The best part is that about 6 years ago I went to a different non-Christy Sports shop for a custom ski boot fitting, and I ended up with a pair of expensive ski boots that caused me pain despite the custom fit and molded liners. After living with them for 6-years (because of how much I spent), I went to Christy and Bryan fit me for new boots and I am very happy to say that since then I have had enjoyable pain free days on the mountain and now have the most comfortable boots I have ever had. The manager, Cathy Schwartz, went out of her way to be sure I got connected with one of their best boot fitters and that I was happy with the fit before I left the store. I highly recommend shopping at the Lakewood store. I know I will continue getting all my ski gear from Cathy and the team. Thank you for such a great experience!!

This is my go-to Christy Sports location on the Front Range. Cathy, the Manager, is great to work with, very knowledgeable about gear, and very friendly. I would recommend that anyone who visits this store take the time to meet Cathy and say hello. The past couple of years we have rented ski equipment from this location and the experience has been efficient, kind and seamless. I highly recommend everything about this Christy Sports location!!

I've spent a lot of time in ski shops and with boot fitters, but the folks at Christy are some of the nicest darn people I've ever met. Was having some hot spots with my boots and liners and Bryan over in the boot area spent an inordinate amount of time helping me figure out what was going on and how we could fix it. Went touring the next day and drove home with the happiest, healthiest feet I've had in the last 6 months. Go visit Christy Sports!

It's simple. The rental experience at Christy Sports is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and move quickly to get you set up and out on the slopes.

I won't consider renting anywhere other than Christy Sports and if you are on the fence just make a quick call and see for yourself how crazy good the service is!

Been riding a long time, 30+ years in CO. Went in to look at some boards I've been researching. Allison helped me with my questions, and I knew immediately that she knew her stuff. Her body of snowboarding knowledge is impressive- I can tell she learned the intricate details about all the products, it was so refreshing to have her explain the differences to me. Wasn't planning on buying a board today, but with her relaxing style and knowledge- I went for it. So stoked on my new board!

Rented 4 sets of skis from the Denver west location and everything was great. Picked up the skis the day before. Great option to save money over ski resort prices.

There has been a few times when I needed a little minor repair on my snowboard, boots, or bindings and the team at Christy has been awesome. They took care of the repairs immediately and didn't even charge me for the work. Even though they are a larger company, I feel like they still have that personal touch and I appreciate having them nearby.

Customer service was top notch from the initial rental experience to every subsequent interaction with every customer service representative. I cannot say enough about our positive experience. We had some issues with weather, ie, unable to return timely, and return location, ie, very inconvenient to return to original pickup location, and instead of pushing back Christy Sports gave all "yeses" with a smile.

Thanks for making what could have been an expensive headache a pleasant convenient experience! We will be returning customers.

I found the customer service to be outstanding. The boot tech (Allison) went above and beyond fixing my broken boots in less than 20 minutes after walking in the door. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a unique selection of gear you won’t find at a store like REI.

Allison at the Christy Sports Denver West is an incredible employee! Her passion and knowledge for snowboarding shines through with every interaction I have had with her. You can never go wrong with renting from Christy Sports they make it so easy and the rental skis are great for casual skiers to more advanced skiers. They have a great return system so if you rent for two days, you have till noon on the 3rd to return them to the store, makes coming back from the slopes easier not having to worry about rushing to the store to return your skis and boots.

Cathy specifically, but honestly the entire team here was incredible! They immediately were able to help us get our skis mounted so we could hit the slopes.

Denver West staff was amazing with rental fittings for our family. They took time to make sure everything felt great without rushing through the process even though the store was very busy. Quality people!

We had the best experience with Christie’s in Denver West, they were fast, efficient, friendly, and the ski rental equipment was very good . All the customer service associates were friendly and very helpful. Levi in particular, I actually lost a wallet on the floor the store and he turned it in With nothing missing for me to pick up.

Needed a two day ski rental package. The staff in the rental shop was right on task and got me good gear. The location of the shop was perfect for us and the price beat the heck out of the ski area.

Marissa was super helpful in helping get my board, bindings and boots ready to go for the season. She was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable about snowboarding and what would be best as a beginner. Will definitely be going back!!

I rented skis for two days at copper mountain then We decided to ski 2 different resorts and Christy sports accommodated us with same equipment both places. Excellent personal! I will be renting from them in the future.

The store is conveniently located between Denver airport and Vail, a short hop off I-70. The prices for ski rentals are way lower than what you'll pay in Vail or Beaver Creek, and they have specials if you reserve via the web a day in advance. Friendly staff, it took about 30-45 minutes to fit a family of four, and be out of the door. This is the second time we rent here, and had a consistent positive experience.
