I like this store very much. The manager and the employee I've encountered are great, helpful, willing to listen and not pushy at all. Also very willing to accommodate it was very easy to get an item ordered that I needed that they didn't normally carry and they're prices I find to be better than the chain store that has too many employees. LOL

After trying 2 other shops that were closer to me and being disappointed at the borderline disrespectful prices, I pulled up here. I was welcomed as I came in and the lady that helped me was very nice and helped me get what I needed (vape liquid) at a great price. Definitely recommend. Great experience, will be coming back.

Awesome experience! Wife and I went in looking for a new glass piece. The gentleman working there at the time (I didn't get his name. We went in at 2 on a Saturday) was super helpful and led us to the perfect piece in our price range. After grabbing a few extra cleaning supplies, we had a smooth check out. Upon arriving home, we opened our bag and lo and behold, goodies! He loaded us up with more gear, such as filters and cleaners and magnets and such. Definitely above and beyond. Thanks NWH!

BEST vape store in Spokane! Couldn’t find my juice anywhere, I literally vape nothing else lol, they were the only store that helped a girl out by ordering it in. The whole crew is amazing, special shout out to Dylan and Kristin! I’m a forever customer, and won’t go anywhere else for all my smoke supplies!

Wow! New to the area and looking for a new place to haunt for all my niche accessories and kratom. Easy to get in and out of and the staff are very friendly. I will be returning for sure! Great prices.

This is a great small business that is unfortunately getting screwed by the state ban on flavored vape juice. While I personally dont vape , it's easy to see the damage big brother is doing to this business. I hope they're able to stay afloat til the ban gets lifted.

I love this place! They have the best selection of kratom anywhere in town and the best prices. The staff is amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is my favorite vape / smoke shop of any I have visited. The employees are always very friendly and willing to help you. The selection of ecig juice is always very good, and I always leave with something that I like.

This place was awesome ,I bought an 80$ vape from them and it stopped working after a week , the employees where to patient helpful and amazing , one good looking employee was nice enough to spend 45 minutes to fix it , awesome people

Love this store because they always have friendly and helpful employees and a great selection of vape gear, unfortunately with the new laws they can only sell tobacco flavored or unflavored vape juice... But that's not there fault
