Troy and Rebecca came to my aid in a time of great need. Moving during the holidays is never fun or easy and they were willing to work with me when i had scheduling conflicts. They worked very quickly and carefully to move us. Both very friendly and professional and got the job done in a record amount of time. So grateful and would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for help in their move.

Today I had the pleasure to meet Troy, who came to my home to remove a power chair I no longer needed.

Troy and crew were fast and friendly. He communicated logistics appropriately and in a timely manner. I hired Pack Rat Movers to deliver and load two U-boxes, then return them to storage. They worked quickly and got everything (Large 1 Br apt size) loaded in about 30 minutes with no issues. I would hire them again in the future.
