The prices keep going up and up to retail and beyond. Chair is $84.99 on Amazon but $139.99 here... you can find deals but they are few and far between

This is a great thrift store. I appreciate that they organize and separate out tops from sleeveless to sweaters. Other stores put them all together which is difficult to sort through. Items are clearly priced and the store is quite clean.

I absolutely loved it here for many reasons. Every section is labeled, they have furniture items, which goodwill's around here haven't been taking. I found a ton of actually good stuff and the price on each of them was a score. I was personally so excited to see self checkouts. Even had to do an exchange later the same day and the guy observing was so nice and the girl was helpful too. :)

The staff at Lacey store are SO kind and generous! After shopping I managed to lock myself out of my car with dogs, coat, phone, keys and wallet inside. Manager called locksmith but they were awful and gave us major run around. After almost 5 hours locksmith finally unlocked my car. Not only did employees use their phones they checked on me often, and then pooled their money and paid for it! As an unhoused senior with disabilities on a tight budget it was an incredible gift. I am so thankful.

I visit here often...addicted to vintage jewelry & can usually find something to make me spend $$. Staff is always very friendly & helpful. Once in awhile run into another shopper who is a jerk but that's not Value Village's fault. I enjoy visiting!
After a long illness, made it in and surprised to see self checkouts now. Jewelry selection very disappointing...maybe just stopped by before inventory restocked.

This Value Village has an awesome selection. I have never been in the store without finding at least 2 or three items. Prices are good, fair, and much better than Goodwill. If you are clothes shopping give yourself adequate time because they have so much to look through. I feel like this Value Village has a lot of high quality and brand name merchandise. I drive to Lacey specifically to shop here.

Friendly employees and great selection. Has everything and pretty decent prices. I can spend all day in this store and not see everything. It's hard not to fill your shopping cart. I'm always ready to go back...Again and again.

Actually I haven't been to the store in quite a while but as soon as I walked in I felt like I was home again the door greeter was amazing like always and everybody in the store was very understanding and caring and going out of their way to help not only the customers but the other employees too!!! I love shopping at Value Village and I think if you haven't been there you should go BUT DO ONE THING AND REMEMBER TO BRING MONEY CAUSE I GUARANTEE YOU THAT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO LEAVE WITHOUT SPEND SOME MONEY. I never can!!!!!

Way too expensive but same price as chain all over country. Every now and then you can find a good deal. Some things are more than if you bought them brand new. If you are going to save money, I'd go to Goodwill Outlet first. But if you want to thrift, it's reasonable. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. They are monitoring the store for theft and I've seen people get caught.

Bought a $50 shirt marked as $7.99 for $3.99 during their 50% off sale. Best place to buy really nice clothes for cheap. Store is pretty well organized, the staff is friendly, lines are fast. Could use more carts, especially in busy days like this.

I love this store, it's big and full of plenty of items. The staff are pretty cool but I have to admit the prices are high for used items. There was a tea pot for 24.99 and the spout had a chip in it. Not cool to charge so much.

Clean and quality merchandise clearly marked prices are pretty right. I have to admit that since the pandemic has been on the volume on their shelves seems to be less. Hopefully that will change when we get back to normal.

So glad they are open again! The carts were sanitized and social distancing was used. Good selection of plus sized clothes. Employees were helpful and store was clean / maintained.

VV is such a fun place to shop. All staff is friendly and helpful. I find super buys and Tuesdays is 20% off entire package. Parking lot is always full.

The organization and spacious feel makes this my favorite second hand store. They have everything, men, women's and kids clothes, homeware, toys, books, everything. The prices are good and always be on the lookout for their half off days because then the prices are unbeatable.

Clean store and items. Better prices than most thrift stores. Much better than Goodwill. Also can drop off donations.

Took niece shopping here. Found a great pair of Bike's for under $10. Colors were purple, blue and pink design.

It was fairly busy, the sale was good (found almost everything we went for!), and people were very distance-aware. It was almost comfortable enough to feel like a pre-covid shopping trip...

This place is where I find new or gently used halloween costumes, clothing, household items, doll clothes for my granddaughter's dolls and they have nice selection of jewelry, candle holders and odds and ends furniture.
They also have linens, towels, toys for children and fitting rooms to try things on and a shoe section.
