The Cleveland Agency: Allstate Insurance

The Cleveland agents have been very helpful. When I lost my agent I was scrambling to try to find somebody and they reached out and have been very respectful, courteous and again helpful. I appreciate this office for their professionalism and they're always are trying to find ways to help. Thank you for all these people who work there.

I live in Lynnwood and I still use these guys because I LOVE the people!! They have taken care of me through an accident and are knowledgeable and helpful. Danielle is probably my favorite customer service representative... Like ever. If I lived near I'd ask her to hang out. So I give them 5 stars for being AWESOME 🤗

Helpful and courtesy is important

After over 8 years and owning one house, a triplex, and a duplex as well as using them for my luxury car auto insurance I was not renewed because I filed 2 claims that were connected to eachother and due to an eviction of a tenant. Insurance you have to have but can’t use despite years and years of paying premiums for numerous properties and vehicles.

They did cover the claim though so have that going and we’re really awesome with the claim process.

They did send me an email after dropping me asking for this review also..
