I have been a customer of this particular Allstate agency for a few years now, the gals that work here are all funny and helpful and it’s always such a great experience when I reach out to them to change something on my policy

Team Morales is so wonderful. I normally speak with everyone via email, and someone is ALWAYS quick to respond and take care of my needs. They truly make me feel special.

Excellent customer service, and genuinely friendly staff. Even after cancelling with them for around a year and a half to support a friend in the business, when he changed fields, I walked into their office and Sarah (I hope it's with an "h") recognized me immediately. As someone who has worked in customer service in one way or another my whole life, I can say this agency has been top notch from the start.

The staff at this office are so amazing. Every single one of them is incredibly helpful, kind, and just great people. Even though I only call them every few months (or less), they remember me and things that have come up on previous calls. They always keep an eye out and let me know of any new things that can help me save money on my policies as well.

The employees at this specific Allstate agency go above and beyond to help customers. When I call I always get a live person, which is rare these days. I seem to work with Nikki at this agency the most and over the past month she has spent countless hours helping me resolve an issue I had with 3rd party vendor. This is a great agency to work with.

Your people provided good service any time I called. Unfortunately, we will not be continuing the relationship because e have moved to Maryland and are working with Tony Cheney to swith our auto and Home coverage to Maryland.
