My family loves this peaceful mobile home park. This place is very clean, everything is neat. The residents here are friendly to you. kind neighbors who helped me during the days when my family moved here. I want to say thank you to the landowner and the manager of the mobile home park here, they are kind women who have helped my family. Thanks again all .

This mobile home park is clean and well kept. It's nice and quiet. And the management makes sure that the rules are followed and properties are kept up. Small outdoor play area with toys in park.

I am not a resident of the park, but one of my family members is and has been a resident for 20 years. For him, it is more than just a park, it's home and I know he is safe there. All of the park residents are wonderful people. I had the privilege to meet the owners of the park and I know they want the best for the park.

They had the playground removed and then started charging us more lot rent.
You have to pay for indoor animals even if you own your home.
If you have a dog, you can't have a leash longer than 4ft. and cannot walk your dog in the park.
Also manager is prejudice against fat people. We got a notice that we can't wear shorts even if it's 90+ out.

So I don't live there. But I hear nothing good about the management. And yes I also hear if she don't like the way you look. She will not let you buy a mobile home there. So if all possible stay away from this place. Or get rid of Terry the Manger.

I tried to apply to live here but I got the vibe the proper manager, I believe her name is Terry, is a racist. Seems she only wants a certain type of people to be allowed to live in the park. She speaks so rudely and acts like a tyrant. Whoever owns the park should think about making someone else the manager.

Absolutely TERRIBLE management. The woman’s name is Terry and she runs peoples applications and takes their money. She won’t let someone buy a trailer if she doesn’t like you for some reason. Or if she doesn’t like the people who are trying to sell the trailer. Stay away from here! She’s a bad bad person.
