Needed socks......yes socks. There were none at the truck stop. So I crossed the street to Ace Hardware. I couldn't believe they had a whole work clothing section. And exactly what I needed. Woolsocks carhartt brand.

I’m obsessed with the garden center here, it has a great selection and is always well stocked, prices are lower than other area nurseries. It’s kinda the best kept secret for indoor and outdoor plants. The garden guy is very knowledgeable and store is always clean.

Nick at the Helpful Hub was suuuper helpful when we came in to make replacement keys. My dad likes to ask questions & Nick knew all the answers!!

We came by for concrete. They had what we needed. Paid and then drove back to the "alley" to pick it up. Both gentlemen loaded the bags into the car and off we went. They are also so helpful and very kind here. Reasonably priced items, and pretty close to home. Can't beat that!!

Also there were neat statues in front of the store: a triceratops and a bigfoot.

Excellent customer service, and apparently the only guys who will cut sheet wood for you in town. Tried all the other mom and pop hardware stores, but only Lincoln said they would cut it to spec for me and not charge me if not too many cuts. I had to drive 20 minutes to get it, but totally worth. I was surprised that none of the other old school spots in downtown or on the westside would do that for me, or simply didn't have a saw setup.

Not the biggest Ace hardware you can find, but this place has almost everything you would ever need. The store is bright and clean inside....the prices are comparable to other stores...the only thing I would tell Mr. Ace to work on..is the overall atmosphere as far as staff attitude and helpfulness. There have been times I've been in there where it was very hard to get somebody to help me find something and when I did they act like I was putting them off like they were busy even though there was four of them standing around that was a wrenching things and makes it so sometimes you don't want to go there and deal with that I deal with it plenty all day at work I don't need to go to a store and deal with that too it's not really bad but it's something they should look into a little. But it's still not enough to knock it down from five stars, it's just something that, if fixed, would make it six stars.... if that was possible.

Fabulous shopping experience. I never had to ask for help. They were right there to provide assistance. They have beautiful, healthy plants. Love the pond and sitting areas. Will definitely be back.

Store has just about everything and there's kittens running all around. How can you not love a store like that?

This place is great! I always buy my new Stihl power equipment through them whenever possible. The have a decent selection on a broad range of products. The employees are helpful and I've never been hassled walking through the door. I definitely prefer doing business here over J&I. I really like that I can buy a rake, a cooler, and a gasket for the fireplace all in one spot.

Employees are awesome. Each and everyone knows their stock, has advice on how to use it. They always inquire to what your project is and if there's anything they can help with. Friendly local faces that always greet you with a smile because they're part of our neighborhood. I love shopping local!

Lincoln Creek Ace Hardware has great service, good product selection and stock, reasonable prices, and knowledgeable, helpful staff. They are responsive and stand behind their products. They also have the online and store shopping connection worked out, synced-up, and offer a consistently positive shopping experience. Though there are closer stores, Lincoln Creek is my go-to Ace Hardware. Recommended!

Awesome employees and a great place to buy stuff. They all deserve a pay raise cause they are what keeps the customers coming back. I will continue to do business here if all the employees stay. Please show them some appreciation and keep the customers happy on each and every order.

They usually always have what I need and an employee is always close by if I need assistance. Everything is easy to find, the selection is great even compared to a big #$$ box store where I have to blunder around hunting to find what I need or an employee and waist a bunch of time.

They always have what I need. And they will always help me find it. I needed a certain kind of bolt and everyone said go to a box store. Being stubborn I stopped here first and sure enough they had it. Saved me an hour and aggravation.

I went there today and an employee I think named Zak helped me find circuit breakers for our house. They were the exact ones we needed and we fixed our power quickly. Always great experiences going there.
