Navy Federal Credit Union

Navy federal had been so helpful, in the past couple of weeks I’ve went in there with so many questions each time, and every time I’ve left with all of them answered, everyone has been so professional and helpful.
Kathleen is absolutely amazing and did an amazing job making sure I got everything I needed taken care of.

I sold a car for $6,000 and got a check from Navy Federal Credit Union and had no problems cashing it. I walked in with the check, and walked out with the cash with ease, no hassle like that much tends to cause elsewhere. Also, I'm not a member, but there was no fee which is highly unusual and much appreciated as it can be $5-10% of the check depending on the bank, like Key bank will charge an outlandish fee even if the check is from their bank.

Just recently opened up a checking and savings account. Just wanted to make a deposit. Found out they can print my debit card out in the bank 🏦.The customer service was excellent by Amanda, Kaitlyn and Sarah. You ladies 🚺 definitely made a great first impression of this bank 🏦. Thank you again.

Been with Nav Fed for 5 years now and they have always exceeded my expectations, whether it be loans, knowledge of being smart with my money or just coming in to deposit money. They have an app on my phone that has saved me countless hours of having to drive and talk to someone, it is so easy to use. Navy Federal will be my bank for the for seen future in order to be able to make their day better whether it be a smile or posting a review they really do set their own pace in customer service satisfaction.Thank you Navy Federal!

The credit union we'd been at for 30 years told us we'd not be able to qualify for a home loan. Navy Fed got us a $475,000 VA loan.
Then for our new truck, the Ford dealer did the paper work incorrectly and overcharged us $7,000. Imagine trying to get that back from a car dealer! Well, Navy Fed conference called with us to get it worked out over the phone with the dealer!!! Such awesome customer service. I will never bank anywhere else.

This location has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Ever visit has been positive, and educational. I am thankful for my NFCU membership because of associates like Joebelle and Joanne. Navy Federal Credit Union is great.

I see a bunch of bad reviews here based on how NFCU handles home mortgages. People should really stick with experienced local lenders that are specialized strictly in home loans. Don't blame NFCU for that.

Now, my 5-star review comes from the perspective of a customer who has used it for the following. 1) I use it as my checking and savings account, with a debit and a credit card. 2) I use their app.

1) I've never had a problem with my checking and savings account. Never had a problem with my debit/credit card either. They're able to replace cards in a pretty timely manner.

2) The app is incredible. My iPhone 10 can log into it with facial recognition, it looks beautiful, and has tons of features. I rarely have to actually visit the bank. My roommate and I both use NFCU, and it's super convenient for transferring money between us to split the costs of things that we share, like certain bills and sometimes food. "Hey, transfer me $3.30 real quick, I'm buying us each dinner." - "Sure." - Click click click, done. I can't overstate how easy it is. My roommate shows up by name in my app.

On top of this, I don't feel overwhelmed at the bank. They're very welcoming and polite. I see the same faces at my local branch for long periods of time, which means their turnover rate is low. That's certainly a positive. On top of that, whenever I had an issue with how the app works, I could send a help ticket to the app's support team INSIDE OF THE APP! And it was easy. And they responded. And quickly. And they solved my problems through a messaging system built intuitively in the app. I didn't have to go to my email or make a phone call. They're constantly enthusiastic about updating their app and making sure that it's up to date.

Had a nightmare with a Walmart money order and Rose fixed it in less than five minutes. I've never had any problems with Navy fed and will continue to bank with them for life. Excellent customer service!

I have been a member for 41 years. I have served ON a credit union board of directors; not NFCU however. I have used most services NFCU offers. Hands down, you cannot find a better mortgage deal than NFCU. I I shopped hard several times. They do not resell the note either. Their rules are tight and they are America's largest credit union so the personal touch they can muster is nice. NFCU is honorable!

Navy Federal has been very supported in helping me regain a positive financial status. The ladies were always forthcoming with their expertise and overall knowledge of the banking industry. Thanks 🙏

Had a wonderful experiance with them! I had some issues on my account which Navy Federal told me that they were not gonna release my money to my account. Which is absolutley ridiculous since its MY money! Well I walked into the Lacey branch frustrated and upset since the Lakewood branch treated me like a criminal. I talked to Amanda, one of the tellers. And she couldnt have been more friendly and helpful! She called the people who locked my account and got them to relese my funds and got my money, after the Lakewood branch refused to help me. Amanda went out of her way to help me and get me squared away! Thats customer service right there!!!

I've been a member of a few Banks
But NFCU beat them All! When you say they Care about you That's what this Bank do They do really care about their Costumer Each time we put in for a car Loan or any type of Loan they were there to Help, the employees are very helpfull whether in person or on line banking they will go their way to help you and they take their time to help in any way
I Recommend them to all my family & friends Great Job NFCU!
