Amazing managers and great people. They respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours and typically have a guy out in the next 48 hours. They also send communication reminding us of certain things like freezing weather and freezing pipes or any uptick local crimes.

At first I was really nervous from going from a private landlord rental situation to having to work with a property management company but I have been pleasantly surprised. Homeland offers home ownership classes which makes me feel like they care about the future of their tenants and don't expect people to stay in a rental situation forever. They are professional but also treat you like a person not just a paycheck. They are quick to fix any maintenance issues and work around your schedule and respect your privacy. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Jerry was so very helpful and communicated with me every step , and when we needed maintenance to come out immediately after moving in , J.R. was so kind and polite , did an awesome job of swapping out the dryer and was mindful.of my anxiety ridden dog .
