The employees were great offered to check other stores for our sizes of certain styles so we didn't have to go online to order and checked on us several times to make sure we didn't need any help.

Great customer service, great sales and discounts. Unfortunately, the shoe I wanted was not available in my size.

Went To Shoe Carnival To Buy Nike Socks. The Socks Were About 5.00 Dollars Lower At Store Than Online. Also I got A Discount If I Bought Three Pair With 20% Off. Just More Savings By Going To Their Store.

Staff was super helpful! I got 2 new pairs for my son and a pair for myself for about $100 using the BOGO 1/2 off. I ended up buying the wrong size for my son. They quickly got me the correct size and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

It's the single most depressing chain shoe store on the planet. Great in a pinch. Friendly staff. Liminal space, like a bridge between 1997 and 2023 that shouldn't exist, this place somehow carries on in spite of the fact that the internet exists. And for that, we should all be oddly thankful.

I have never owned s pair of shoes that fit me properly until yesterday, I have bunions so I needed wide shoes but I always figured that wide shoes would be heinous, I have never been happier to be proven wrong! I found cute shoes that fit properly, are lightweight and breathable, and they have memory foam cushioning! They cost a little more than I generally spend on myself, but they are 100% worth it!

Always nice workers there. Felt bad for the staff cause people kept coming in a stealing and it was only all women working and they felt like there was nothing they could do!! Y'all need security there!! Someone who can protect the store and the workers
