We really can't say enough good things about Anna-Lisa. She helped us buy our first home, which was very overwhelming, but she helped us through the whole process, and was there every step of the way. We were new to the state of Washington, so we didn't really know the area well-- we just knew that we wanted a horse property. Anna-Lisa is amazing. When we first started looking for our house we still lived in Germany. Anna-Lisa did most of the leg work and stayed in constant communication with us. When we decided on the house we got a VA loan which we had to jump through many hoops to get the house to meet VA standards. Anna-Lisa was with us the whole time, making sure things got done the way they needed to be done.

AnnaLisa was so helpful and thorough in our home purchase. Very positive outlook and a joy to work with. One memorable incident was when she noticed a fee at closing that was not justified, she acted on our behalf to rectify the problem. It wasn't a large amount, but she acted and we were appreciative.
