Wonderful customer service!!! This team is so helpful and friendly, they took extra time to help with a phone issue and fixed an issue I could not get resolved when I called in directly to Verizon!

I had Takashi help me. I had to get a new phone. I went from a iPhone 10 to 15. He was very nice, professional, polite, and got it all done quickly as well as let me know of all the promotions that were going on. He is a valuable employee.

Shout out to Jesse Gillihan and Chase Morrow for the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I started having problems when I was at the Verizon store in Lacey and I switched to my own account, about 1 month ago. I returned to the Lacey store and they was not able to fix the problem and told me I should call customer support to receive help. I did that and the customer support said there was nothing they could do it was a problem with Apple. So I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do because it’s a problem with Verizon. I again called Verizon customer support and I was on hold for over an hour and I was hung up on three times. I was so frustrated and didn’t know what to do. I decided I would try to go to the Verizon store in Tumwater. That’s where I met Jesse and not only did he fix the problem but he talked to me about promotions I was eligible for. I walked out with a new I phone 15 and he saved me a ton of money and kindly connected everything for me. And Chase was also very helpful in the process by helping me and helping Jesse who I discovered was fairly new to this Verizon store and was still on a “probation period “. So shout out to the customer service at the Tumwater Verizon store they ROCK!

Super fast and awesome service from my young but informative rep (who I must apologize to for not getting a name while there, but according to my receipt it was Ta-Kashi!) He didn't over sell, he listened to what I needed and gave sound advice on what device I should get. I walked out with what I came in for today, thank you!

Finally got fed up with my old carrier. This store made the transition much much easier. It was a minefield of issues with the old carrier, and the staff at this store made the process of getting the phones and numbers transfered much easier. Without them it would have meant 15 plus hours on hold with ineffective custom service. These folks at the store made it so much easier. I'm paying more than I was, but it's that service that makes it worth while.

Just finished up with Michael at the Verizon Store in Tumwater. What a very pleasant experience! He was patient, kind and explained everything in an understandable way. I got all the additions necessary without being pressured to purchase anything extra. He has all the knowledge to help you through the process of upgrading your phone and explained options for an Apple Watch purchase later on. Seriously 5 star service! There was not a wait time at all. The whole transaction did take an hour but that's because I had a lot of questions and he was so careful to explain everything thoroughly. Thanks Michael!!

Pete Starkhart is beyond fantastic! His patience, professionalism, sense of humor, kindness, and thoroughness in explaining everything made this the absolute best experience that I have ever had at a cell phone dealership. I never felt pressured to spend more money; I gave him a bottom line and he more than met it—If you want excellent customer service with a person who genuinely cares about you, the customer, get in a see Pete! He has certainly made me a life-long customer.

Daniel Myers is a long family representative and he never fails to impress us with the latest tech and deals. My wife traded in her watch and LG V60 for a new Galaxy watch5 and the new Galaxy Z Fold4. Amazing customer service and experience, if you haven't met him, stop in and talk with him. He will help you find what you are looking for and find you the best deals possible. 10/10.

Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. Daniel was excellent at his job and very helpful. I also appreciate that there are desks that you can sit at. Standing desks would have made the experience a lot less pleasant

Emelia helped me change our plan and get new phones today. I usually dread these transactions, but Emelia was friendly and her communication was very clear. She wasn’t pushy, and she accomplished everything I set out to get done. I’ll be back to see her for all my cell phone needs!

Just a quick note to complement your Sales Representative Mike Sanders on his assistance during my recent visit to your Tumwater store. His accommodating assistance, product expertise and pleasant disposition made my purchase experience easy. I really appreciated the time he took with me and his unhurried product explanations . My family will be back.

I worked with Ryan at this location over two days...on day one I was trying to decide which phone and which plan I wanted to upgrade to. Then, on day two, when I picked up the phone and finalized the sale. Ryan was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. He helped me set up my teacher discount, along with any other discounts I could get for my old phone and setting up automatic payments. He was very patient with my questions. He's an all-around nice guy who never made me feel pressured to buy and was just super courteous. A great experience! "Hey, Ryan, Thank you!" From "Hey, "Siri."

Every time I go in I get such great service. Everyone is patient and kind. Just dealt with Ryan and he was very helpful and not at all pushy. He pointed me in the right direction without selling me a thing. Thanks everyone at Tumwater Verizon.

Emilia gave me the most impressive experience that any Verizon employee has ever done. she listened to my problem and fixed it totally. you need more employees just like her she made my day.

Kamal Simmons at the Tumwater location had no idea of the challenge that he was about to get into with my technical problem on my phone but was patient with the situation. I was lured by the "free" phone promotion that AT&T was offering at Costco and it completley screwed a month of my life. I could call out on my AT&T phone and my old Verizon phone on the same line and could only receive Android messages on the AT&T phone and IPhone messages on my Verizon phone. I worked with 26 people within AT&T and they could not fix the glitch even after returning my new phones back to them. Every time I got on the phone with someone from Verizon they were very nice and patient. Kamal linked me with one of their IT people who diligently figured out the glitch and was able to override the tentacles that AT&T had woven through my service. I am never going to switch providers. Kamal had the experience, knowledge, and patience that true customer service is. Thank you so much!!

The staff were friendly, happy to help and explained everything really well so we knew exactly what each plan was and what it would cost. The process of switching from T-Mobile to Verizon was easy and painless. We were happy we were able to trade in our old phones and even keep our same phone numbers with Verizon. We got a great deal on our new phones and service and best of all we actually have service again. With our previous provider, T-Mobile, we had no service even in spots you’d think you would have service like at home and in spots in the city. We are so happy we made the switch!

Dan ensured we had the best experience of our cellular lives. He went above and beyond recommending the best phone for my needs. He never tried to "sell" but offered knowledge, experience and wisdom. More than worth the drive.
