I just wanna take a moment to express my appreciation and gratitude for this incredible dental office. I have always had a hard time going to the dentist however, as I found myself in a very bad situation, with three failing root canals, I stumbled across cotton Creek dental, and in the last year I have received the most amazing treatment!!! I went from being absolutely terrified to looking forward to going into their office with Dr. Brown, and all of his amazing staff!!! From the get-go, you receive smiling faces and more introductions. To the assistance, and the doctor himself are just as friendly accommodating and amazing. As of today marks almost a year and my mouth is in 100% condition. I highly recommend this dental office.

I’ve had a good bit of dental work done at Cotton Creek Dental and all the dentists and assistants I have had the pleasure of meeting are competent and make what is generally a miserable experience much more bearable. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of the work. The office staff is always happy and helpful. I mistakenly arrived over an hour early for an appointment and they managed to get me in and under the drill in under 30 minutes.

Having changed our second home in Washington to our primary residence, it was time to find a new dentist. Based on the reviews and the fact that it's only a few miles away, I decided to schedule my routine exam with them. What a great decision! Sandra was my hygienist, and Dr. Jennings was my dentist. Both were awesome . . . they were friendly and knowledgeable, always explaining procedures and making sure I was comfortable.

This was my initial appointment at this dentistry. What a pleasant surprise. The staff was welcoming and friendly. After the initial X-ray session, I met with Sandra the hygienist. I shared some of my chronic health issues with her. She was very concerned and knowledgeable of my health conditions and was very concerned about medications that I am currently taking. We decided to forego the cleaning, and I met with Dr. Jennings. He too was concerned about possible drug interactions and the potential for infection. We devised a future plan to advance my dental health, after I have completed my drug therapies.

These people are top-notch. They considered my total health picture and left me with a sense of confidence that I will be well cared for, when I return in three months.

I see Dr Brown at Cotton Creek Dental. He is an excellent dentist and very honest. I love his staff of Hygienists. My experiences have all been great over the years. I am happy with their kindness and professionalism.

Cotton Creek Dental has the best staff! So warm and helpful and very accommodating! They took the time to make sure we were educated and we were very well taken care of! I would recommend their office to anyone!

Great dentists! The whole group there are so nice, helpful and professional. I had a two year old crown pull off from eating really sticky candy but they were able to get me in the very next day. A little clean up and an ex ray for good measure then epoxy back in place and I'm in and out in less then 45 minutes with no charge to me. Cotten Creak Dental is the best.

Had a good experience getting a crown. The staff and Dr. We're great! They explained what they were doing at all times and they took great care with me. I appreciated the Dr. checked with me the next day on how I was feeling.

Very painless and easy visit. Jacob and his team answered all my questions, took good care of my teeth, educated me on my care options and put together a plan to keep them healthy. Their payment plans and subscription services make me have faith in the dental industry again. Definitely bringing the rest of my family in for check ups

They are amazing, they gave me my smile back. I love that they knew who I was every time I came in to get work done without me saying my name. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I was able to get a "next day" appointment with Dr Brown. I was so pleased with how friendly and nice everyone was. They were very thorough with the treatment plan and the costs. It was really a great experience considering it was a dental appointment for a bad tooth.

I don't ever remember a Dr coming in and sitting down and talking with me. It was so nice to get some attention from my Dentist and having Dr. Jennings ask me questions and provide solutions. Knee to Knee and Heart to Heart is a real thing and I'm glad he's practicing it here.

This is the best Dental experience and Dental Office I’ve had! I love how nice and friendly the staff are! I love how gentle the hygienist and Dr. Brown are. They are awesome! Thanks for always doing such a wonderful job! I highly Recommend them, I tell all my friends to go there.

I had the good fortune of getting a recommendation to Cotton Creek Dental from a new co-worker 5 years ago when we had relocated to the area. My entire family and I could not be happier with the kind people and service we get every single time we visit them. They are a fully capable provider of most all dental care. I have had everything from basic cleaning care to root canals and crowns made right there in office. Never experience judgmental demeanor which is a fear of mine. Super kind and always offer advice for future care in kind and empathetic ways. I feel very cared for and so does my family. Absolutely great and knowledgeable group of folks. I've been going to Cotton Creek Dental since before it WAS Cotton Creek Dental! I've always loved it here. The staff is wonderful, and Katie is an excellent Dental Assistant who has been helping with my cleanings and more for a very long time. I highly recommend them all.

It was great experience. The fronts desk staff was great and welcoming. Holly made sure I felt welcomed in and checked me in for my appointment. Sandra was great for my cleaning.

The staff is a caring group especially dealing with elderly patients. They also explain results and future treatments that are understandable.

This was my second visit . Dr. Brown is so easy to talk to; his explanation of the problem was simple and straightforward. The front desk girls are Awesome! 5 Stars all around!
