I have been insured through this office for an easy 15 years and I have always established really good relationships with the agents I have had to deal with. It's always sad to see one go.

When Maegan came in, I was hesitant on getting to know someone new but she has always been so good to me and willing to help when I need it. She does her very best to take great care of us and that is very important to me. So Thank you Maegan for doing a great job!!

I feel like Meghan might be over-worked and not able to follow up on taking care of my needs or maybe others. I don't want to sound harsh I'm just telling the truth

I had several problems while I was under this broker. I had a much better experience when I switched to another branch.

I have been with this agent for over 13 years now. When Michelle was the main office manager and handled all the policies, It was great. Recently, I wanted to add another policy, they didn't even call me back. Today, I called to discuss a notice I received, Mega was so inpatient with me, I could hardly believe that was how I was treated as their loyal customer. I was speech less at the end. Just as I was trying to react to it, she hang up on me. I was every disappointed. But the main reason that made me want to look for a new agent is that I felt they were not on my side. If they don't want to work for me, then there is no reason for me to stay. Nobody treats me like that deserves any of my business.

Wouldn't suggest them unless you like having your rate slowly increased over time until its double what you originally agreed upon. Nothing but crooks in this office
