Start to finish... outstanding service, professionalism and I'd give them six stars if I could.
I'm a realtor and over the years, Dixie Roof has done many roof repairs for clients of mine and its always gone great.
This time the repair needed was on my home, so I got to experience the process firsthand. I happened to be home for the entire repair and I just have to say... WOW! I am enthusiastically impressed! Companies or individuals that exceed expectations seem very rare in the world today. Then once in a while you encounter special people with great work ethic or businesses that impress, and I can honestly say... I become a fan.

Todd gets it! He is a great communicator. We discussed my problem, he was out quickly to assess the project, quoted me a great price and explained the solution. We booked a date and Ricardo, Stephen, Justin and Enrique showed up on time, they were super polite, did the job quickly, and handled all of their materials and trash. Very professional. It rained the next day and their work proved to be a quality job!

Around the end of November we had a leak through a window that had warped. We went through the process of getting it fixed, insurance etc. Well our insurance adjuster from State Farm recommended Dixie Roof Repair. So I called and they said they were busy and couldn't get out until December 29th. We said ok. No problem we will work on other repairs. December 29th rolls around. No Dixie Roof Repair. No phone call or nothing. Then on January 6th I received an email with dozens of pictures and an estimate with an apology for not being there as scheduled. So as I was looking through the pictures i realize-its the wrong house! (Even though the correct address is on the estimate) So i call expecting another apology and an "I'll be right out there to inspect" but no. I was met with it being my fault-things were said like : "you must have given the wrong house number"(nope), "I've been doing this for 30 years-I know st George like the back of my hand", etc, etc. I was never once apologized to for the mistake-it would have saved a 1 star review. So they came back out to the right house but Todd couldn't be bothered to come back even though we were told "I do all the inspections" he sent 2 younger gentlemen who were friendly enough but said our problem was caused by leaves. Needless to say theres a lot more to it than just leaves. But we will wait for our estimate to see exactly what they say. Which they also said would take a week to get even though we had the last invoice the same day. We can read between the lines. Apparently it's the home owners fault if they go to the wrong house by mistake. Be weary of the lack of concern from this company. They are to busy to care.
*Edit: you can clearly see how well this "owner" treats customers. You were in fact given the correct address. It is not our fault if you wrote it down wrong. You were even told the subdivision and cross streets. I guess all the 1 star reviews are catching up to you. BUYER DEFINITELY BE WARE. My current review still stands. Where's the honesty? Oh I also have no idea where the lawyer thing came from? A different angry customer? Because I am in no way shape or form a "lawyer" nor ever claimed to be. Maybe its time to retire? Also did you read the part of my review that stated the correct address was on the incorrect estimate with pictures? How do you suppose that happened? PLEASE REMOVE YOUR INCORRECT DISHONEST RESPONSE FROM MY REVIEW!

When I call it just rings and rings and rings. No answer to the phone. No voicemail. Seems with modern day tech you could set up a voicemail really easy. A red flag to me for any business is how they handle the phone. If they cant take your call. Dont answer. Dont have voicemail. Dont return calls......then how can I trust them with a roof that covers my home worth possibly millions?

I live in Entrada off Snow Canyon Pkwy. Company took my $400 "materials" deposit and never fixed my roof.
