These guys were super nice at first..when I dropped papers off and they called me to discuss she was very short and I began to ask questions she began cutting me.off then hung up on me! I then called back and Michelle the owner answered she stated they were not going to be a good resource for me ie they didn’t find me worthy of their time type of attitude..she ASSUMED I didn’t have money to pay and had no intention to pay them that is NOT the case then she also hung up on me..I then went by to pick up my paper work thinking and intending to smooth things over maybe there was a misunderstanding etc.. I attempted to explain to the lady at the front desk that I was trying to resolve things and was very peaceful with her and she stated Michelle was in a meeting and would call me then that changed to she would not call me because I was not a client..the girl at the front desk was trying to be nice I think..but some lady from the left as you face the front desk approached me stating I just needed to “leave” “ and laid hands on me to “escort” me out.. Very inappropriate in callled for and unnecessary I didn’t say anything rude i didn’t swear or put anybody down ..honestly my goal was to apologize and try to make peace but these ladies DO NOT listen well and I find their behavior unprofessional! Too bad they must not need the business and made so many assumptions.. we went from very nice to rude and unprofessional overnight!

These guys are not great unfortunately. Really bad at communicating and disorganized.
