We have been going to this restaurant since it opened years ago and it has always been amazing. The quality of food is delicious and fresh, they provide many options and even make rolled ice cream. As someone with social anxiety they are always welcoming with a nonjudgmental atmosphere. Watching the son of this shop grow has been a treasure and we look forward to the years to come of amazing food from a hard working family

Had the monkey business rolled ice cream. Very delicious and everything was super cold. My 5 year old loved it. Only suggestions for the owners, maybe a kids step stool added by the viewing part so they can watch 😁

Where do I start besides they provide you with only the freshest and most flavorful goods. There is an array of toppings that are fresh, & prepared right in front of you on a bed of spinach salad or rice.
Moving on to the ice cream there is so many choices. The food is unbelievably fresh the ice cream is one of a kind. If you don't believe me go there yourself you will be more than satisfied with the service the cleanliness and the kindness of all employees and the business in general.
It's tucked in a strip mall on pines & mission & it's easy to pass it up. In my opinion I would give it 6 stars!! I have inches been there once but this is my 1st review go there enjoy freshly made healthy foods and amazing ice cream!!

The service was wonderful! The young man behind the counter took his time to answer questions about the food and to make suggestions on what would make a good dish.

If you order ice cream, you get to stand there and watch it being made. The staff has some great skills and takes their time to create the rolled ice cream. It was like a piece of art when served, and the flavor was great!

Poke Express is simply divine... Poke Express Is tucked into a strip mall on pines & mission. I give it 5 stars because, it is not just amazingly fresh they make the ice cream right in front of you, which is fun for the kids. As well as abiding by all state regulations. In my opinion it's the best ice cream in the Spokane Valley.

Bowl was good, 2 orders with same protein but wifes had more in hers.... idk...

Either way was really good and I would return

I'm typing this as I eat! My salmon bowl is so good as always but I decided it was time to leave a review because the sweet gal in the piggy tails was so kind and let me take my time choosing toppings even as 3 separate people came in. I felt pressure to hurry up but she took her time with me and said thank you as I paid and as I walked out the door. Great food great service! :)
