We brought our car into Mikes in an attempt to diagnose a grinding sound. It was a pretty tough thing to diagnose and we had to take it in 3 times before we got the answers but they welcomed us back each time and were putting in a lot of work and effort to figure it out for us. Once we got our answer, parts were ordered and we were scheduled a week later. They completed the job in 1 day which was great. We’ve had the car back for almost 2 weeks now and have not experienced that grinding noise sense! So happy they were able to figure it out for us, we will be making Mikes out go to mechanic going forward

Love these guys. My mechanic retired and recommended Mike’s. They have been wonderful. They fixed my daughter’s car, my mom’s car and now I send everyone to them. They are reliable, honest and I trust them to fix our cars and keep us safe in them. ❤

It's hard to know if you are really getting a trustworthy mechanic. I took my Audi to Mike's. There was a miscommunication. Not only did they do some work for free they wouldn't even let me pay for the altinator they installed for free. My point is that they clearly have morals and fixed there mistake. I want to be clear it was just a miscommunication not bad work . I know I can trust them and will ALWAYS take all my cars there! I highly recommend!!

Mikes really helped me out when I was in a pinch! My AC blower stopped working so I can to these guys as a walk in and the fixed 1 part of the problem within a 3hrs! We all thought that solved the problem but turns out it was much bigger the second time I came in to have 3 parts fixed/replaced. I was in a pinch for cash but they were accommodating and gave great customer service from start to finish! They've made a loyal customer out of me without a doubt! Plus if you're in a pinch for cash like me they have the Snap Car loan program you can qualify for

I brought my car here after it broke down around the corner. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and honest. While I did not end up getting my car serviced here (warranty with another shop), I would very easily come back in the future for anything else.

These guys are awesome. I saved hundreds having them do maintenance on my '21 Subaru instead of taking it to the dealer. Also I've had them work on my Dodge truck. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend them.

I took my 1974 nova here about two weeks ago with quite a bit of work to be done on it. I had to search for a bit to even find a place that would work on my older car but these guys were up to the challenge. I needed my carb tuned, my engine timing fixed, my brakes changed, two rear tires, and a stall converter removed and replaced. I had only bought the car 2 days before taking it to them and had driven it very little beforehand but I knew it had some issues. Gary and Ken have been working with me very diligently to make sure I got the right things fixed and in a timely manner. They've really changed the way my ride runs and I'll be bringing it back here for all my needs.

Sent two of our trucks that were previously serviced by another shop but hadn’t fixed the problem. Service was quick and done well. Thank you! Will be back again!

Mike's is a really great shop. The staff are friendly, honest, and thoughtful. They take the time to talk through an estimate with you and prioritize what needs to get done if you aren't able to do everything. I highly recommend Mike's to everyone I know and have even gotten some people to switch over to using them. They stand by their work and if anything goes wrong, will gladly take care of it. I especially appreciate Ken at the front desk and his patience! Stand out service top to bottom. I've been a customer for 4+ years and plan to be for many more.

We use Mike's for all of our Fleet repairs and they are great. Reasonably priced, fast service, and awesome customer service.

After having nightmare issues and poor customer service with the servicing department at the local GM, Cadillac dealership, we were referred to Mike's around 7 years ago by a friend. We have been extremely happy with them and don't take our vehicles anywhere else. I would and do highly recommend them to everyone.

Mikes plumb street automotive and I became very acquainted as of the past three weeks. I took my Dodge Charger in for rear brakes and while I was there I had my head light looked at since sometimes it worked some times it didn't. No worries but it ended up being a pain for me and the Shop cause after the light it ended up being a bigger problem and a bigger at the end of the day aside from bird poo they took really good care of me and my family they went above and beyond thank you Steve and thank you for all the hard work you put in, this gave us a run for the money but I'm glad it was you who fixed it and got my car back to peak performance.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Mike’s for years for routine services and anything else that comes up. They were recommended to me a long time ago. They are honest, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Ken will always go out of his way to help customers.

I really liked this place, it saved me and icky trip to Fife to help my little Mini Cooper Comfortable have heat. What a terrible time for your heater to go out. It was a quick fix they just needed to fix my heater element and drain my fluent and then they refilled it. I'm probably explaining this wrong cuz my memory sucks. They did explain it very well to me but unfortunately I have now forgotten it. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful as well as patient. They had their driver take me home and he came back and picked me up the next day. He was very funny and friendly too.

I have had my car serviced twice at this shop with excellent results from the service advisors to the cashier nothing but professional and excellent customer service honesty and trustworthy definitely recommend this shop and prices that reflect it as well.

A coworker recommended me here when my catalytic converter was stolen and I am so glad that I listened to them. These folks are hard working, honest, and will go above and beyond for their clients. They were efficient, transparent, and were even kind enough to offer me a ride to work when I dropped off my vehicle. Not to mention that they assisted me with working with my insurance company on my claim for this incident. This is my new mechanic from now on. Thank you for everything that you do. Keep it up! :)

The team at Mike's who worked with me to get my Ford Escape repaired is top notch! They had to defer to the Ford Dealership to work thru the replacement of the computer and some of the wiring...Ford told them they had to replace the engine, as the culprit was a coolant leak...known problem for this vehicle. Mike, the owner and Ken, the service manager said absolutely not...that the problems were resulting from the computer and wiring. They stayed with it until the vehicle operated perfectly.

I have NEVER had a better experience with an auto shop before. The owner himself was incredibly reasonable and upfront about pricing, gave me an oil change without charge, and even had a great towing company to recommend, which I will use from now on after a great experience (Nisqually, in case you're looking).

Mu catalytic converter had been stolen, and it would have been much more stressful without the kind and calm demeanor of everyone working at Mike's. The reason I chose to go to their shop was because a friend of mine whose family is in automotive repair exclusively uses them -- and now I understand why.

If you're looking for an auto shop in Thurston County, I HIGHLY recommend going to Mike's Plum Street Automotive. I won't be going anywhere else after my amazing experience.
