Went into the store the first time after I listed my house and was moving to an apartment. Met Monica who introduced me to Sharla knowing I needed guidance regarding decisions I needed to make. Both were great and have provided invaluable help.

We were greeted promptly with a welcome from Mary Ann. She was effective and friendly as she got to the bottom of what we thought we wanted. After a good amount of discussion about chairs and what might work best for our needs we landed on two recliners that we are very excited about. She made the experience fun and we enjoyed getting to know her very much. You are very lucky to have a person on your team like Mary Ann. Treat her well as competitors will sneak up and rob you of a real keeper.

Anna Lorenzo was very helpful in helping us make a decision on our furniture. She answered our questions on color choice, what pieces would be arriving soon,and what fabric they were, prices, why some pieces were more firm, sizes of pieces just super helpful in so many ways. She knew her facts and was very pleasant and so very easy to work with making our trip to Lazyboy in Lacey a great experience! Thanks to Anna we ended up purchasing 2 recliner couches and a rocking recliner!!

Good shopping experience. Salesperson was knowledgeable and gave us time to look at our options without pressure. We only buy furniture during sales so we were happy to be able to make the selections we had in mind and get them ordered. We've purchased multiple Lazy Boy pieces over the years and have confidence in their quality.

Mary Ann was super helpful and knowledgeable. We had been shopping around for couches in the area and the customer service at other furniture stores was subpar. Mary Ann greeted us and allowed us to walk around and take a look with no pressure. We found what we were looking for and some! She helped us customize our couch and found a steal in the clearance area! Highly recommend checking that out! We understand that lazy boy can be expensive but you’re definitely purchasing quality furniture as well as receiving high quality customer service.

Awesome experience with Lemond and Monica!
My husband and I stopped by originally on a weeknight to check out a few options, and Lemond was very helpful in providing information and pricing, taking the time to answer our questions without making us feel pressured or rushed. We decided to take a few days to discuss options and make a decision. When we went back the following week, Lemond wasn’t there. Monica assured us Lemond would still get credit for our purchase, and then made sure we had all of the information we needed to make a decision. She also patiently waited as we wandered around the store to compare different fabrics in different lights, never once making us feel rushed or pressured. We were able to order the furniture we wanted, and Monica made this process very easy. I will definitely return here for future furniture purchases!
One last note: as a woman, I have had many poor experiences with male salesmen ignoring me in favor of the man I am shopping with, speaking down to me, or calling me honey, sweetie, miss, or some other overly familiar or diminutive term. I am gratified to share that while I was very comfortable and happy with Monica’s care and attention, I was also very pleased with Lemond’s polite and professional manner, and can highly recommend buying from either or both of them.

Lemond was awesome to work with. Knowledgeable and not pushy- just what you want in a sales person. He was also genuinely excited for us and worked with us to get discounts.

Mary Ann at the Lacey location was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to work out several layouts and options with us. This was our second purchase from this location and sure it won't be our last.

Monica was a so great to work with. No pressure and lots of patience. She let us try out lots of chairs and explained the pros and cons of all that we requested. We are excited to have our chairs delivered.

Mary Ann, the sales rep, was very welcoming and answered all my questions about sectional sofas. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and explained all my options in detail. I never felt rushed to make a decision. After my purchase, she went over the final paperwork and made sure I understood everything. Overall, my buying experience with Lazy Boy was very good. I hope the workmanship and quality of their merchandise matches that experience.

We weren't pressured to purchase anything. The sales associate, Anna, was knowledgeable and courteous regarding La-Z-Boy products when we had questions. Made the decision making easier.

My wife and I enjoyed the the visit we had in your store. Service was excellent and we found two recliner chairs that we both liked. Hopefully the product that we did purchased will be as good as the visit.

Mary Ann was so awesome! Because I live 50 miles from the nearest La-Z-Boy store, I emailed her and told her my height and other requirements for a chair. I also asked if they had chairs on sale like my current chair, because I wanted a second chair for my bedroom.. She gave me all the information I needed and was there to meet me when I got to the store. She helped me pick out a chair and although it was a slightly different style, it fits me perfectly and it was on sale for Presidents Day! I definitely would recommend them and shop here again.

Excellent selection of recliners and prices seemed competitive. Service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable associate. Kudos to Monica. Would definitely recommend this location.

Excellent customer service and great prices. I found a beautiful & comfortable couch and chair for our living room. The whole family loves our new furniture!
